The team at TruTec did an incredible job with our house! We lost power entirely after a branch fell during a storm and they came right away after we called. When they got here they discovered we needed extensive repairs/replacements, and went above and beyond to get the job done in one day, when it should have been a multi-day repair. They seamlessly coordinated many moving parts - with several members of their team, the City of Austin, and the inspector - to make sure we had power that very same day. They are extremely friendly, professional, and explained everything to us along the way. They truly go above and beyond, and I highly recommend them for any electrical needs you have!

I'm grateful that Texas Electrical Services was able to fit me in for some minor electrical work which I needed done quickly before some interior painting was done. I got a prompt response to my quote request via Yelp Messenger (on a Sunday evening!) and although there is a massive heatwave going on in Austin, they were able to find time to take care of me the following day. We tried to use this business to install a plug for a microwave oven above the stove (and install the microwave), and install plugs and switches throughout the house. They scheduled an afternoon appointment over a week ago and no-showed without a call. Left messages that are still not returned.*******UPDATE*********A person from Aztec Electric responded to this review and indicated that he believed I was in Fort Worth and had not contacted him about electrical work. I can assure everyone here that I had indeed contacted him, and my review stands. I even gave him another opportunity to come back and do the electrical work. I called, he never bothered to call me back, so my review now shows Aztec Electric no-showed me TWICE without so much as a callback BOTH times. Don't bother with this Company. There are plenty of other great electrical contractors who are more than happy to come and earn your business.

We had an issue with our customized trailer and Ken came out to fix every issue we had. We had a whole laundry list of issues to fix and he made sure everything was fixed before he left. He also answered every question we had so we understood exactly how the circuit worked. We would definitely recommend Morningstar to everyone in the area!

Brighthouse Electric ROCKS! I needed some can lighting done in my kitchen. However, I didn’t know any other details that I needed to provide,( except that I wanted this work completed.) They took complete care of me and even worked with my schedule. I asked off work for the day they were scheduled to come, but my job needed me last minute. I called Mendy, the owner, and she was quick to reschedule me to my next day off. She was kind and worked around my schedule. Austin was the tech that came to my house and he was as polite as can be.
