Brock and Dylan were exceptional! We have a 1970's home and wanted to update the lighting, ceiling fans, switches, and outlets. The installed the Lutron Caseta switches with wireless remote and mobile phone control of the lighting.We scheduled the appointment with Grayzer. They confirmed the dates, sent an email letting us know Brock and Dylan would be arriving the next day. They called us to let us know before arriving each day. They treated the job as though they were doing it in their own home.My second fantastic experience with Grayzer Electric.The quality of their people makes the difference.

Omg. These guys are simply amazing! Tom, the tech that came by to do work for us, was beyond amazing. He showed up at 9 and worked straight through till 6 PM pointing out several issues that were both electrical and other items to note about the new home we purchased. Recognizing I was new to the area he gave me phone numbers that would help me with problems that I have as well as gave me great suggestions that would save me both time and money. I expect somebody to just come in and blow through the 405 items I needed to be done. Tom did much more. He absolutely cared about the work you did and we found something wrong he would take care of it even though wedding on my list to be done I expected somebody to just come in and blow through the 4-5 items that needed to be done. As an example, he reprogrammed my fan so the remote control would work. Who does that?? I can’t say enough about Dial One as an organization and Tom as a technician! Highly recommend these guys!!

After a small fire in our home, AC electric next day sent an electrician to replace a burned out heater/light fixture in our bathroom. They had been here before, the ownereven came out on a Sunday to repair something in the electric box and never charged me for it. Later I hired them to replace the electrical box in the back yard. They dideverything by the book, calling the city electric company to disconnect the main lines and then arranged for an inspection by the city. The men who worked here, were determined to finish in one day even though it was raining outside. I really appreciate their prompt and professional service. I highly recommend this company. You can trust them to do the job right!

He arrived promptly and thoroughly discussed my project information with me. The same day I received an itemized quote listing all the needed materials for the install and labor cost. It was competative with other quotes. Yet, a little highier. But by less experienced electrician. I had so many questions and concerns about the installation. All my questions were answered. All required information for a permit with my city was completed efficiently by Retiz Electric. The pre-wire, completion for installation and inspection with through without one hiccup! Pritchard electric did the wiring on my complete house renovation - only things old are the front door and master bath. I cannot say enough about how professional they were and how much i appreciate their attention to detail. Pritchard came back until every aspect of the electrical and lighting were right.They made sure i had the right “color” LED in the house and plugs outside for my Christmas lights. Gary and his crew were experienced, thoughtful, and courteous.After the main electrical work was done, i had Pritchard come back to install fixtures etc. They excelled at that work as well even hanging an Apparatus cloud Light where the instructions finish with “pour yourself a strong drink.”Thank you, Pritchard Electric.

We used Total Home Tech. to upgrade our WiFi system and add to our in home system. I was very impressed with their ability to problem solve and the competitive pricing on the products. We had an old landscape lighting system that constantly malfunctioned and they figured out how to add it to Apple Home link so that we could program it's operation. They stay up to date with current technology and are very respectful of interiors.

There needs to be a sixth star to accurately review the service we received from APC! Alton Copeland, a master electrician, and his son came on time and went right to work with a friendly, professional attitude. They explained the work they were doing as they moved along (including showing us an outlet that had previously shorted out behind the wall, out of sight). The charge was quite reasonable and their suggestions for future maintenance was appreciated. Mr. Copeland is also a master air conditioning technician, so now we have one phone number for all our heating, air conditioning and electrical services - APC. Bill Perkins, Austin
