They also installed GFCI outlets in our kitchen and bathrooms in an hour flat.Finally, their emailed instructions for completing the Austin Energy home charger rebate paperwork helped streamline the process.We now have our rebate check in hand and a new trusted electrician. From the moment I called TruTec I was given 5 star customer service. Patrick was incredibly helpful on the phone talking me through the issues I was having with the electric at my home. Daniel, the main technician that resolved the issue, was extremely professional and talked me through every step of the process and gave me multiple solutions that would restore power to the problem areas. Nick and Bon were also very professional, and got the job done and cleaned up afterwards, making sure everything was completed thoroughly. Everything was solved within hours of their arrival. A trustworthy company that I would recommend to anyone.

A breaker tripped and suddenly the outlets for my oven, washer, and dryer weren't working. Resetting the breakers didn't seem to work. I called the office hoping someone might be available even though it was a holiday- I was able to reach someone on call right away and they headed straight over.I'm embarrassed to say that when he arrived, the problem was that the breakers weren't in the correct position on one side - sigh. Of course was ready to pay for his time but he was kind enough not to charge me - incredibly generous. 100% would recommend for any electrician work needed.

I have hired at least three -- maybe four -- electricians since we bought our house four years ago for various issues. Our experience with Bowne has been SO GREAT, relative to any others. Their technicians really know what they are doing, they are excellent problem solvers, they schedule quickly and efficiently and come when they say they will. I was especially impressed with Ray, he is very pleasant and figured out how to wire and hang my exterior speakers which wasn't easy to do. AND they clean up after! So great!

Jonadan the owner did my electrical work this morning. He was early to the work assignment, did an excellent job on trenching, running low voltage wire and installing 4 spot lights for a HOA entrance sign. Worked quickly to complete the job. Excellent communication throughtout the process. He had the lowest bid among the 4 finalist. I am having him doing another job when he has the time. al

Hired Retiz Electric through Angis and was not disappointed. They installed a level 2 EV charger in my garage.They were professional, the outcome is very clean, and they were fairly priced especially when compared to the recommended installers by the company I purchased the EV charger from.

They assisted in repairing an electrical issue with a patio fan. Immediately found the problem and fixed it in less than 25 minutes. They were very helpful. It was pricey for the minor work needed but negotiable. However, all around good work.

Teddy was the commensurate professional. He worked very fast and went above and beyond by trying to save a stuck hose. I love that the company sends you a picture of your technician and has a tracking system so you can see when they will arrive. Got excellent service from plumbing and electrical!!

Excellent Electrician!!! Lightning ⚡️ struck my house and caused an outage due to burned/singed wires which burned some insulation in my attic. With a little luck and some construction tools, Adam was able to locate the burned wires by making a hole in my bathroom wall. It was a tough spot but he replaced all wires, restored power and insured everything met safety standards. Truly appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. Highly recommend Grounded ATX for all your electrical needs.
