Wow. Omid Mandave just left and that guy wasn't playing around. Had a clog in my main drain. Other companies walked around and pointed at stuff, but Omid got right down to business. When the first auger didn't work, he grabbed a BIGGER one. Did the trick. Professional, up-front, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Omid and Abacus!!! paul

CRAZY EXPENSIVE!!!! I feel bad for those who rely on positive reviews and don't (or can't) bid out projects, especially because so much HVAC work is done on a need to have it now basis. Efficient's bid was almost 3.5x the cost of what I ended up paying with a reputable provider, and was considerably higher than ALL of the other 10 quotes I received. They might be nice when they come out, but paying 3.5x a fair price should not equate to strong ratings or a provider that people should use. I could never trust a provider who marks the price up so significantly.

During the Austin Ice Storm in February 2023 my Generac Generator was having issues. Joe was responsive and put me in touch with a service technician/electrician (Mario) who could not make it out due to a full schedule. However Mario took the time he had to FaceTime with me and had me prepare to show him our generator installation and the associated wiring. I safely (with power disconnected) traced and walked him through the wiring as he directed via the phone in the rain/sleet. He identified that the wiring was incorrectly connected to the Automatic Transfer Switch by another electrician which is apparently fairly common. I contacted the electrician whom performed the original installation and he corrected the issue. Following that, our generator ran without issue and continues to power our house while we await local repairs to the blown transformer/bulk electric grid. Thank you Joe and Mario!

The customer service was great give me a quick appoinment but the tech was horible. Just came and knew this one was a rental unit so sugusted that unit to be replaced and told me it will cost 17000 withoit giving me any wriiten statment. So long story short i called a diffeent company they came and fix the problem for 250.00 and Ac is working. I am sure i have to replace the unit with in next few years but that 250.00 will give me a time to budget and shoparound.

Great service! I’ve known them for years, local and family owned years. The last time that I used them it was because my kitchen sink had a weird smell and like I enrolled in the maintenance plan they gave me priority. I was scheduled for the next available slot and they got to my house with a truck full of parts and equipment just to make sure that they finished the job the same day

We could not have had a better experience with Peter Wabbel, the service specialist ARS sent to diagnose/fix our AC issue. He is customer service oriented and knowledgeable with the ability to explain the problems and present various options for solutions. Hope we don't have to, but would call them again with any air, plumbing, heating issues.
