I used Grayzer electric for an electric vehicle charging station installation job on advice from two neighbors. They had an easy-to-use online form and were able to fit me in within a day of me emailing them rudder my charging station had arrived and I was ready for installation.The installer was professional and knowledgeable - plus, he cleaned up after himself! The install looked great. Pricing was upfront, there were no hidden fees, and I received a very helpful email about claiming tax and electric company credits. I would definitely recommend them!

We have used Molitor for two different jobs. We are very pleased with the beautiful new outdoor lights that they installed. Each time they were fair in their pricing, responsive, and did a great job. Mr. Molitor is the kind of tradesman/person that simply instills confidence. He is honest and knowledgeable.

TERRIBLE!!!!! They were the fastest to respond to my email inquiry for a fairly decent sized job. The guy they sent out quoted about $576 for the job and I gave the go ahead. The scheduler, Tracy (I think it was) called to set the work date and left a message that it would be the following week, about 7 days out and for me to call back to confirm. I called back and Tracy was not there but the fellow I spoke with confirmed the Thursday first call appointment. We even discussed how since they're right down the road from my house that they should get to my home by 8:30am.On Thursday around 9am, after having taken time off work to be home, I decide to call them to find out if they are running behind. Tracy informs me I never called back to confirm; I told her I did and she very nonchalantly stated, well he didn't tell me. She then said the earliest they could reschedule the job was for 3 days later. I just told her to cancel the job.I was astounded at her nonchalant attitude, not even any offer to try and check with one of their tech's whether they might break free to do even part of the job. Any responsible, courteous, customer caring company would have at least tried that, or offered some sort of discount on the proposed bid.If they have a Don't Care attitude before the work is even started, imagine how shoddy the actual work must be.

He was on time, professional, polite, worked diligently and communicated effectively. He was careful not to track anything inside the house and he cleaned up each work area.

The electrician came to my house and was able to fix the power within 45 minutes. I called them back because we lost power again, and they were back in an hour.

I too had a bad experience with this company. I set an appointment with them for 8:00AM this morning. I specifically held off until this spot was available so that I could go to work late in order to meet the electrician. After no arrival or call, I called the Bryant at 8:30. The person that answered said that they had a safety meeting and then the electrician had to stop by the supply house. When I asked why they didn't call she replied that they would be leaving soon. Not sure why Bryant believes that they do not need to arrive on time like the rest of us. I understand that things happen, but a call is good business and common courtesy. When I told her I couldn't wait and would find someone else she was short and obviously frustrated that I would not hang around waiting for them to arrive. I now need to find another electrician, set an appointment and go through this drill again. Very disappointing!

Bert was extremely responsive and professional. I contracted him in the morning and by the afternoon he had replaced two light fixtures and solved our problem. We will definitely contact him again for electrical needs.

New HVAC system installed. Some issues with cold areas in the house. Abacus has been responsive to our concerns in a professional, timely matter. Scheduled a change with thermostat location next week. Hopefully that will fix the issue.

The electrician who came to my house was knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the work that needed to be done in a way that I could understand and he got the job done quickly and without any issues.

Good guys, came up to round rock to troubleshoot some outlet/switch problems. Had it fixed in no time.

Unfortunately, the person who handles the scheduling (Michelle) is extremely rude. This is not how you get customers!

Ramiro and his crew have been doing work for us around the shop for over 2 years now and no job has been too small or big for the company. They have installed all kinds of breaker boxes, step ups, kiln ovens, emergency lights, and over head lighting. They have always been available to start a job within a day or so after the initial quote and have even worked on the weekends to get it done.
