Our experience with Grayzer Electric was fantastic. Max was professional, quick, and tidy. He had no trouble with the long list of items we needed fixed at our new home, including replacing outlets, adding dimmers, and figuring out what was wrong with two outlets that wouldn't work. We won't hesitate to call Grayzer in the future!

Bon and Ryan were both professional and very nice. Bon took the time to explain everything that they were doing, and also gave some great suggestions on light fixtures.

I was absolutely amazed with Duhon! I was expecting to wait forever, and pay a fortune to have my problem fixed. William picked up the phone, was friendly and even tried to help me troubleshoot it myself over the phone; who does this anymore?! Amazing! When we couldn't figure it out, he said that he could come out and help me the same afternoon. Again, who does this?! And for such a reasonable price. . . Duhon does! Malco Electric was fantastic. They were the 3rd quote I got related to installing a new hot tub and upgrading my electric panel and they were the only ones that did not try to overcharge me but at the same time told me all my options and scenarios so that I could make the best decision.They were also great through out the entire process. They were onetime and punctual and fast and efficient. I would definitely hire them again.

The owner Shane Flores and his crew did an amazing job with my whole home automation system. Their knowledge and experience is what sets these guys apart. I would Highly recommend them and will be using them for all my A/V needs in the future. Outstanding!

During the Austin Ice Storm in February 2023 my Generac Generator was having issues. Joe was responsive and put me in touch with a service technician/electrician (Mario) who could not make it out due to a full schedule. However Mario took the time he had to FaceTime with me and had me prepare to show him our generator installation and the associated wiring. I safely (with power disconnected) traced and walked him through the wiring as he directed via the phone in the rain/sleet. He identified that the wiring was incorrectly connected to the Automatic Transfer Switch by another electrician which is apparently fairly common. I contacted the electrician whom performed the original installation and he corrected the issue. Following that, our generator ran without issue and continues to power our house while we await local repairs to the blown transformer/bulk electric grid. Thank you Joe and Mario!

We had a dryer poorly installed by Lowes that resulted in a gas leak. Matthew came by within an hour of calling and fixed the issue. He was extremely polite and efficient, and resolved the issue immediately. I would definitely recommend and use 1st Home again!

The Installers are decent tradesman but their Manager has serious anger issues. Stacey is known for yelling and disrespecting Customers and in-turn rubs off on the Installers creating a hostile work environment. Don't expect customer service or civil treatment from the Management regardless of how big the contract is, there are many other companies that know how to provide customer service, definitely NOT Epic.

We woke up to learn all of the power to our office was completely out impacting our internet and wine fridge. Needless to say, we were eager to resolve the issue. I found Colvin Electric online and was lucky enough to get a same day appt (they had had a cancellation). First, I love that they text you when they’re en route and provide a picture and qualification summary of the technician assigned to you. Awesome feature.Our first technician Hayward was timely, professional and honest. He checked all the outlets in the office and said the outlet behind the wine fridge was likely the culprit but he couldn’t access it as the fridge had been professionally installed. Our next appointment I timed to have the refrigerator repair man and the electrician there at the same time. That’s not easy to do with lengthy arrival windows but Michael Galvez (Haywards manager) could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Candidly, the fridge repairman was extremely difficult to work with and Michael went above and beyond to help me manage an unnecessarily taxing situation. Michael was friendly, extremely knowledgeable in his trade, patient, and determined to get the job done right - which is exactly what he did. I honestly could not have been more thankful for him as a person and electrician that day. Bottom line, you get what you pay for with this company and I’ll be calling them for any future electrical work we require. MANY thanks again to Michael, Hayward and the whole Colvin Electric team.

Francisco and Zach did an awesome job of installing my Tesla Home Charger. Francisco explained his planning for completing the install and made sure to ask my approval before beginning work. Given the amount of work required, they finished in a timely fashion and Francisco did me the solid of configure the unit to connect to my WiFi. All around great job!

We had some commercial electrical work done. Jonathan and Mindy were very professional and easy to work with. The job was completed on time and within budget. We would hire Jonathan and his team for our electrical needs again.

You cannot be young, licensed and talented, service management will immediately see you as a threat. Your English and communication skills cannot be above par, service management will see you as a threat. Couple notes of prejudice. Write ups are indiscriminately given. All in all they didn’t want to see a young black kid at the top of the food chain, we’re out of all the members there I was 1 of the most qualified.
