Best Electrical Service Upgrades in Austin TX

I used to be a fan of Grayzer Electric and I have no complaints at all with their electricians.My complaint is with the owner and his wife who runs the office.I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this company over the years at several homes and my last home and Lago Vista I had problems with eight $25 electric timer which I asked the owner to please replace and I would provide the new timer at my cost which he refused to do. If you can’t take care of a customer who is spent thousands of dollars and been a loyal customer for years then I don’t have any use for your business.

Never returned my call.

Cole was efficient and knowledgeable. Took little time to diagnose but did take the time to explain the work. Great service, would recommend to others.

Great tech, quick work to resolve issue, and provided estimate for new work request. Minor job this time, but used them years ago for a larger job and same quality customer service.

I have used Molitor Electric for several projects over the years: replacing/updating aluminum wiring, installing can lights, repairing outlets and most recently for damage from a lightning strike. The team is always professional, courteous and seems to work with the highest levels of detail and care. Nothing is ever kinda halfway done -- I'm always certain the work is completed to the highest standards.I highly, highly recommend this company!

Well I've tried for 3 days now to give this company my business, but they don't respond to voicemails or emails.

Eric Felan and field Electricians Brian Laney and Dustin did an excellent job for a commercial job that we needed on very short notice. We understand many companies are often backlogged and are unable to perform jobs on short notice, so we don't expect Dial One to always be able to react so fast...but we're thankfully that they did this time!We were basically stood up by another electric company that had very poor communication skills, but we won't bash that company, instead we just want highlight how well Dial One communicated with us, promptly came out to survey the job, and then executed the job. Brian and Dustin were professional and had great customer service!The work we needed was to replace 4 old school light fixtures with 6 energy saving LED lights, all on a 33 foot ceiling. These guys were initially willing to do the job on a short scissor lift, but at the last minute we were able to rent a 32 foot lift to make job safer and more do-able.Our lights look great and the job these guys did was excellent. I definitely recommend this company and I will reach back out to them for future jobs we may have.

As my heating system had broken down, I called in an electrician. The work he did was excellent, and he was also pleasant to deal with and communicate with. I was impressed by the work he produced.

Never seen a company vehicle be involved in a accident and then not be professional enough to wait with the other person in order to file a police report. I get time is valuable but if this is the type of people you hire I will never consider doing business with your company.

We use Armadillo for all of our commercial electrical needs. They are responsive, professional, and always do an excellent job! I work directly with Gary who is trustworthy and always responds very quickly. No job is too big or too small. Highly recommend!

One of the workers nearly sideswiped me twice today. Thank goodness I was paying attention because he clearly wasn't.

Called them to fix a light switch I messed up (because I wired it like a socket by accident). Came out the very next morning first thing, very professional, finished in less than an hour, charged me just the minimum visit charge. Will use them again if I need an electrician. I liked that they had someone answering the phone, rather than me leaving voicemails.

I would recommend this company to anybody looking for fast and clean work. Steven helped me understand what he was doing and made sure we were both on the same page. Definitely going to keep calling this company for any other electrical work I need done. Great on time service.

The electrician very knowledgeable and professional however there was nothing wrong with my switch, it was something else and they have this fee that set me back 150 dollars just for this little check up, wish they would have tell me when I set the appointment.
