Best Electrical Service Upgrade in Austin TX

I've been a customer for years. Currently moving out of state and needed a small job done. Sent a video and was providing access to the house to have install of an outlet done in order to sell the house.Grayzer refused to take on the work unless I was present in the house when the electrician arrived.This is disappointing not only because we aren't in the state for this but also that there is still rampant Covid in our community and I can't be the only person trying to get work done without contact.Highly disappointing service from this company. Go somewhere else.

Every part of this experience was perfect. From quick communication upon initial outreach, willingness to coordinate and communicate by email, to an extremely easy experience on installation day. The crew were super friendly, clean in their work, and generally pleasant to work with. Will use them again for any and all electrical needs!

I was referred to Klock's Electric by a homeowner's group that I'm a part of. I'm a serious DIY'er, but I had a few things that I could not figure out in my house. Some outlets stopped working, a light fixture I installed (after installing a few of the same) would not turn on, and some small things. Lance came by and had me fixed up in less than an hour! They were so nice about everything, so polite. If I need any electrical work done in the future, I know who I'm calling!

Ok here is the scoop. Called several electric companies to do some work for me, actually change all the old lights and put new ones. Above and Beyond! - If you need electric work look no further. I needed some outdoor as well as indoor work done and they finished in a fraction of the time I expected. I even noticed that they replaced a cracked switch cover without me asking. They do great work in record time.

This neighborhood electrician assisted me in installing a light fixture in my kitchen even though I had no clue what I was doing. He did an excellent job of making sure the fixture looked beautiful. He is someone I would suggest to anybody who needs an electrician.

Great customer service, they show when they say they will. The electricians very knowledgeable and know there stuff. The staff in there showroom go out of there way to give the best customer service. I guess that's why they have been the only electrician I've used for the last 10 years and will continue to call them when needed.

First time calling Bryant Electric Service. No power on a couple wall sockets and the electric water heater. Brian Hutson was very professional and showed up on time. He not only fixed my problem but also provided me with valuable information and tips to prevent future issues. I enjoyed the text and bio of the technician before arrival from the company.. One of the workers nearly sideswiped me twice today. Thank goodness I was paying attention because he clearly wasn't.

We upgraded our main panel and ran about 200' of wire to a sub panel in a guesthouse we added. Got quotes from three different companies. Eskew Electric's price came in about the same as one other company and much cheaper than the third. I ended up going with Eskew Electric because Sammy took the time to talk over details when he came out to quote the project. I also appreciated that he gave the most detailed quote, so I knew exactly what I was paying for (they were the only quote that included the gauge of wire they were installing).I'm very happy with the quality of the work.I had to wait about a week to be scheduled for the various phases of the project, but I can hardly blame them for being busy. Plan accordingly.
