Driver was acting erratic,put his van in reverse and attempted to threaten other car with backing into it. Waving and cursing and acting aggressively.

Max installed 6 can lights at my home. Very professional work and he made sure to leave the work area clean. Price was also competitive. Would definitely call them again for future electrical work.

I contacted Max Electrical for a quotation for the installation of a generator connection to my houses main panel. They responded in less than one business day with a quotation and lead time on parts. When it came time to install the outlet they arrived in a timely manner, even calling ahead to confirm the time, and let us know they were on the way. The work was completed professionally, on time, and we were billed exactly what we had agreed on through the quotation.

TruTec as a lifesaver. I had a tree fall during the storm late September and it took out the riser on my roof. Daniel and his team were at my house less than an hour after I called (at 7:30pm). By 1:30am, I had a new riser which had been approved by the City, and Daniel had Austin Energy out to rewire my house to the power line. Daniel and his team were patient, friendly and professional, and completely dedicated to get the job done. Highly recommend!

When I needed complete, all-new wiring for my art studio, a well-equipped electrician from Bryant Electric Service showed up in a very timely fashion. He worked confidently and efficiently, completing all the electrical work long before the insulation and paneling worker showed up for his job. I'm extremely thankful to Bryant Electric Service for their highly professional service, because they installed a much better system of circuits than I had even imagined. For example, to insure a high level of electrical safety, they connected every outlet to a ground fault interrupter. This was something I hadn't considered, but it made perfect sense and the extra cost was minimal. Also, the wall outlets are plentiful, installed in groups of four, so I have no need for running extension cords all over the place. The interior is pleasantly illuminated by well placed and efficient lighting. In addition, they installed a dedicated wall outlet for an air conditioner, another outlet in the loft, and a 240 volt outlet for a kiln. Months later, I needed a second 240 volt outlet for another piece of equipment. Once again an electrician from Bryant Electric showed up on time and quickly installed that 240v outlet right where it was needed. The results of all this work are seamless and very satisfying. In the process, everyone from Bryant was so professional and courteous, it's impossible to imagine better service. I highly recommend Bryant Electric Service to every individual or business owner who wants the highest quality lighting, wiring, and electrical repairs performed by first rate, professional electricians.

Abacus really came through for us today. Another electrical company had left us high & dry, not returning phone calls, texts, or e-mails. Gabriel Lensing with Abacus was at our door in under 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem, giving us several options to choose from price wise, and completed the job in a timely manner. Gabriel was polite, efficient, honest & professional. He cleaned up the work site while answering our questions & gave us his business card in order to call him of anything else came up. I recommend Abacus whole heartedly. They went above & beyond for us today.

I called IES to install a whole house surge protector and was quoted $450. We scheduled at that time because its a new house and others in the area were having issues with power surges. My mistake, I should have called around. They came out and did the work. Only afterwards did I find out how much I was ripped off. The surge protector they installed is an $88 product which means their standard trip fee (their words, not mine) was $362. I then called a few other places around to find out what their charge would be for the same item and was quoted between $200 and $300. When I mentioned to one place what I paid their response was holy sh1t you got ripped off. I contacted IES and was told them would look into this exorbitant charge. Their response was We only charged you what we paid for the surge protector plus our standard trip fee.. I feel completely taken and will NEVER use them again. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!
