They were very reasonably priced, were able to come out and install my ceiling fan the same day. They were very fast and didn’t leave a big mess. I plan on using them to replace a few more of my fans and I’m sure they’re great for any electrical need. Definitely A+ service!

Be very careful when you pay a prior payment because they put a small words with “non-refundable” at the bottom of the invoice. They did not work for me and not cooperative to refund even they said they they could refund. We are under dispute about this matter.

I will address all three areas in this review.Service: Excellent. The technicians are knowledgeable, show up on time, address all maintenance areas, and get their work done correctly and efficiently.Repair: Excellent. If parts are not in stock, they are ordered promptly. Technicians arrive on time as scheduled and complete the work precisely on time the first time. They always have all of the required tools, materials and test equipment with them.Installation of replacement equipment: Excellent. Our installation was a difficult one. The unit is a ground loop heat pump that was installed by a different company. The unit location is in a difficult to access area. The installation team worked efficiently to complete the installation in less time than estimated. they protected the affected work area, did an impressive installation job, and cleaned up completely. A working management level person was onsite to supervise and inspect the work done.Summary: Efficent AC Electric and Plumbing provides work at the highest quality level. They have researched the systems available on the market and offer the most reliable and cost effective solutions.The staff is competent, knowledgable, and customer focused. They communicate effectively and proactively. Their pricing is fair and competitive. When the power went out we heard our generator kick on but no electricity in the house. Joe had installed our Kohler generator and we gave him a call. This company seems very unprofessional. A friend just bought a house and they were hired for a job, they rescheduled twice on her and didn't even show up on time when they did come, I know this because she is my neighbor and co worker so I offered to help her with the new house. Seems like the lady in charge here has been very rude as well as unprofessional, my friend specified the times she was available as this costed time off of work. When she wote a bad review the company blamed her instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes that were made on their part. A simple apology about timing issues probably could have sufficed but instead she was very rude about it, like I said very unprofessional. My husband & I need work done as well but needless to say we will be going with someone else.

They are extremely unresponsive and difficult to work with. We have had several issues with the quality of their work and I would not utilize them again.
