Best Electrical Maintenance in Austin TX

Worked with Grayzer twice, excellent experience both times. Their technicians were prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained what they needed to do and how they do it, and got the work done quickly. I will definitely be having them do more work in the future. I highly recommend Grayzer for residential electrical work.

Almost got run over by their branded truck and then the truck proceeded to tailgate numerous other vehicles once it passed me. Super unprofessional and reckless and will never use this for this company for this reason.

Great customer service, they show when they say they will. The electricians very knowledgeable and know there stuff. The staff in there showroom go out of there way to give the best customer service. I guess that's why they have been the only electrician I've used for the last 10 years and will continue to call them when needed.

Jeff showed up on time. I called and needed someone right away. Jeff made. Special trip and did it right away. My appliance was not here yet and he came back to finish when it was delivered. Very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. They charge by the job and not the hour, I love that! Will use again!

Great work, excellent communication (before, during, and after work), attentive, clean, and fair-priced. They installed floodlights and ran a dimmer switch for me and I’ll surely utilize their service in the future. They remained communicative before the actual install and were not pushy.

I got a prompt response to my quote request via Yelp Messenger (on a Sunday evening!) and although there is a massive heatwave going on in Austin, they were able to find time to take care of me the following day. The electricians, Bryce and Jhett, provided 5 star service by being courteous and professional in my home and did a great job on the work.
