Best Electrical Issue in Austin TX

Can't say enough about my experience with Brock at Grayzer Electric. I found Grayzer via a Google search and contacted them based on their high reviews. I was not disappointed. From the start, Jessica was very informative in setting up the appointment and guiding me in what I would need to consider in the install of a single coachlight over my garage door. Meeting the electrician, Brock, just carried over my buyer's confidence even more. He arrived on time and got to work, helping me decide on placement, size, and set up. He instructed me clearly on not only how to direct the necessary masonry pre-work for my install but also on a recommended timer for my fixture. Next, he engaged me on desired fixture placement, treated all of my questions with respect and patience, and got to work on the wiring. The wiring and conduit was clean and unobtrusive. He saved me money by suggesting the timer setup and I've not looked back. Neighbors marvel at how tidy the conduit and end results look. And the light is a beautiful add to my home. Finally, and as if their incredible service is not enough reason to reach out, Grayzer's prices CANNOT be beat! We recently had a electrical issue arise at our home. After being told it would be a week before someone could come out, we called TruTec. From the moment we were on the phone, we found them to be very professional. Nick came to our home the next day. He was very professional and great at explaining things to us. The next day, he and Bon were here, on time. Their approach was thorough and diligent. We will use them again and I highly recommend them.

Omg. These guys are simply amazing! Tom, the tech that came by to do work for us, was beyond amazing. He showed up at 9 and worked straight through till 6 PM pointing out several issues that were both electrical and other items to note about the new home we purchased. Recognizing I was new to the area he gave me phone numbers that would help me with problems that I have as well as gave me great suggestions that would save me both time and money. I expect somebody to just come in and blow through the 405 items I needed to be done. Tom did much more. He absolutely cared about the work you did and we found something wrong he would take care of it even though wedding on my list to be done I expected somebody to just come in and blow through the 4-5 items that needed to be done. As an example, he reprogrammed my fan so the remote control would work. Who does that?? I can’t say enough about Dial One as an organization and Tom as a technician! Highly recommend these guys!!

Had them come out twice, once for a faulty dryer breaker and then a second time to install new outlets by toilets for bidets. They did a phenomenal job and took care of the work quickly and efficiently. They also came out on short notice pretty soon after the initial calls. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Gilbert and his apprentice Mason came today to repair several issues at my house. They are a really great team who installed a bathroom fan / heater, removed a 240v microwave for service, repaired a wiring problem that restored power to bathroom lights and Jacuzzi tub and more. We planned a future call to repair under cabinet kitchen lighting, install a new fan in the kitchen and replace a bathroom fan. Gilbert is a pro a pleasure to work with. Fair pricing for guaranteed work. Highly recommended!

L&R came through in a time of emergency for us. We had a mishap with our landscaping company and they cut ours and our neighbors power lines. Austin Energy had our power back in a short time but our neighbors had damage to the meter. We were in a scramble and had been given L&R as a reccomendation. After an early morning phone call they came out the same day and got to work. Not only did they fix the meter and get the power to the point of AE hooking it back up they did the job very quickly. AE came soon after and reconnected the power and we are happy to say they had no issues with the work performed. L&R even gave us a call that evening to make sure everything went smoothly, that kind of customer service is hard to find. We not only recommend this company but also will be using them in the future for any repairs or upgrades to our electrical. Thank you all at L&R so much for your help and especially for showing that you care and have your customers' best interest at heart.
