The job should have been a quick and easy one, but the work that had been done previously (different company) presented some issues and the job was not quick and easy. Daniel and team provided outstanding service and truly exceeded my expectations with their patience and determination to solve the problem. I was so thrilled with my experience that I shared the company info with my condo community message board. I will hire them again for future needs. You should too!

William did good work for me about 5 years ago, so I called him about trouble with the bathroom heater. He came out to do an estimate but ended up resolving most of the problem (mainly noise) and saying the heater did not need replacing. So honest. No charge. He's a little slow answering email sometimes, but worth the wait.

After a small fire in our home, AC electric next day sent an electrician to replace a burned out heater/light fixture in our bathroom. They had been here before, the ownereven came out on a Sunday to repair something in the electric box and never charged me for it. Later I hired them to replace the electrical box in the back yard. They dideverything by the book, calling the city electric company to disconnect the main lines and then arranged for an inspection by the city. The men who worked here, were determined to finish in one day even though it was raining outside. I really appreciate their prompt and professional service. I highly recommend this company. You can trust them to do the job right!

Worked for these guys at the WEWORKS building on 38th in Austin before the covid started. They where a great company to work for. Recommend to anyone looking for an Electrician job to call them!

Although the initial technician was very professional and courteous the prices were way to much. I do understand this kind of work is special in nature but replacing a few wall outlets in my home should not be near 500$. Perhaps a ruff estimates could have been done over the phone so I could have told them they were way over what I wanted to pay. Instead I was told this in my home and had to pay the 59$ fee. Please make your prices more affordable for small projects. I am going to have to go to a certified handy service that charges 1/3 of your price.

I want to say upfront that I have not gotten work performed by Hurley's Electric Services. However, last night we had an electrical emergency around 9 pm for whom we were calling around for a visit that evening. Hurley's was unable to get me an appointment, but gave me a call back that evening so I wasn't waiting for a response. The caller then spent some time giving me some safety tips for dealing with the issue until a professional could come visit, and also made some recommendations for seeking out someone who was available. I so appreciate his time and guidance during a spooky situation and think it said a lot about his integrity, professionalism and degree of customer service.

Texas Electrical Services installed a couple of outlets and did a few other jobs done around my house. They were easy to work with, they arrived on time, they were professional, and they did a great job. I'll definitely call them again.

Technician was fine.Their pricing comes out of a book. I got a quote to bring two furnaces up to code by replacing a 3 foot long gas flex line going into the furnace with a small section of iron pipe, with a sediment trap. The quote was nearly $700, and their trip charge is $99. A competitor quoted me $250. Pricing is outrageous.

John was extremely friendly and helpful. His experience allowed him to resolve the issue efficiently!

The reviews left by some of the folks here sound staged and nothing like the people I know at Brighthouse Electric. Mendy is the most professional and wonderful person to work with. She is kind and chock-full of integrity. The electricians came to my house on time, with smiles and a great attitude. They got the installations done quickly and efficiently and their pricing was affordable.
