I am so happy we found Grayzer Electric!! We had Brock and Dylan out at our home a few weeks ago to address some inspection issues and do a few other things in preparation for our remodel. I own a small business and I really never want to trash another small company but I have sat with this a few months now and saving someone else from going through what I did is the right thing to do. I will try to keep this short and to the point. Partial rewrire and upping the service to a 1100 sq ft home. I was with out power for 4 months. They shut off my power to my tiny house to do the transfer that they hadn’t set up with the city. The drilled holes in my roof for support cables which caused leaks in my roof ruining my Sheetrock. They ran a conduit pipe 14 feet down the skirt of my house instead of putting it inside the skirting where it couldn’t be seen. My outlets in the backsplash are all different heights. Not in a straight line. The light that should be centered above my sink is two inches off center to the right. The pantry light isn’t at the front of the ceiling...I could just go on and on. My original quote that got Gabe the job was $8800 I paid him $12,000 after adding a few outlets. Long story short the jobs not done we finally just had to cut our losses and ask him to leave. Some of his work has had to be corrected by another electrician. Some of it can’t be corrected. Again I don’t want to trash anyone but I am living with a light two inches off center and there is nothing I can afford to do about it now...it’s very disheartening not to mention I am nervous my house is going to burn down. At one point sparks where flying in the sub panel. I would have to recommend you use some one else. I’m sorry capital city electric. You screwed me.

The February 2023 ice storm caused my neighbors’ tree to fall on the individual power line to my house. Knowing that the city would not repair that line, I reached out to several electricians seeking help. I sent out emails at midnight and this company responded before I woke up the next morning. They sent Efren to access the damage promptly at 9:00 am. He quickly removed the debris that covered my line and had me fully reconnected long before noon! I couldn’t have expected a better response or service!!

Unfortunately, the person who handles the scheduling (Michelle) is extremely rude. This is not how you get customers!

CP Electrical recently helped us with a major remodel, where we had soooo many things done. Leslie, Ram, and all of the electricians were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They were professional, punctual, and excellent with communication. They truly went above and beyond all expectations and even advised us on how to get the city to turn our power back on (it had to be turned off for the remodel) ASAP when we were in a pinch. We used Total Home Tech. to upgrade our WiFi system and add to our in home system. I was very impressed with their ability to problem solve and the competitive pricing on the products. We had an old landscape lighting system that constantly malfunctioned and they figured out how to add it to Apple Home link so that we could program it's operation. They stay up to date with current technology and are very respectful of interiors.
