Joe Rizzo and his team finished the installation of our generac generator after our electricians left the job half finished on our new home. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We got to put the system to the test 2/2023 and it worked perfectly. It automatically started on three separate times and each time worked seamlessly. This business is fantastic! My tech came out to assess the problems I was having with electricity cutting off in some rooms at random. Before he came, I had three other firms inspect. He was the most considerate and knowledgeable electrician. He examined everything with me for an hour. He uncovered problems that the other three businesses DID NOT discover or even consider looking into! They were incredibly helpful overall, and I will definitely use them again!

I had them come out and place a hook up for my new jacuzzi/outside space. I had to cancel a few times due to the delay in the delivery of the jacuzzi. They were so patient. Once I had a delivery date they put us right on the schedule so there wouldn't be a delay for hookup. Amazing crew, professional, sharp, reasonable with price, and very pleasant to work with.

Please avoid using this company as the person who schedules ( Mindy) their work is The most unprofessional person ever! She just cost me 4 hours of pay doing exactly what she wanted and not what the customer told her she could do. Appointment was set for 9 rescheduled for 12 then she told the tech the appointment was at 2. UPDATE-BACK STORY. Mindy tried to schedule an appointment set by the previous owners of my home the same day and was mad that I could not comply with an appointment that i was just finding out about that day. I do work and can not just get off for something that was NOT scheduled through me. I asked her to set up an appointment for a week and for it to be in the morning due to my work schedule. We did this and then she tried to move the date and time. I explained that I already had scheduled time off and could not move it. She then asked to move it to 2 not 9. I said no it needs to be in the morning due to my work schedule. I then asked the previous owners to schedule it because she was difficult to work with. I have emails that show 12 today as the time. Not last week or the week before. Then after I chose to give this review she called me to yell at me for the giving her a bad review. And this is the owner none the less. I’m just glad I didn't pay for their service as she was so unprofessional. On the bright side, Austin their Tech was awesome and super friendly. Maybe the owner should take notes.
