Best Circuit Breaker Repair in Austin TX
Found Grayzer Electric from a web search. I called them to set a schedule. They provided me a complete estimate for installing LED lights in my kitchen (ceiling) and adding a dimmable switch. Estimate was very reasonable. The electricians Victor and Dylon arrived as scheduled. They explained the process for installing the LED lights and how they would light up the kitchen area. They carefully spaced out each LED light so that all areas of my kitchen had the proper amount of light. When all was completed, the kitchen lit up perfectly. With the combination of the six LED lights (HALO Ultra thin) and the dimmable switch they installed, the lighting is exactly what we wanted. They even went over our living room lighting and showed us what they could do to improve the lighting of our living room. Both Victor and Dylon were very professional and courteous and made sure we were happy with all aspects of the work. Good job!!!A great first impression and would be happy to use Grayzer Electric again.

Bon Lafayette's diagnosis and communication about available options were top notch, especially in comparison with the other electrician we had out. Bon's quote was both cheaper and offered a much higher level of confidence that he would deliver a solution within the quoted price. He and Caleb provided a quick, competent and friendly resolution. We will be calling them back out to take on some bigger projects that we have planned.

We bought a 45-year old home which needed a lot of electrical work. I found Molitor by reading their reviews, coupled with the fact that they’ve been in business in Austin for many years. We had a quote from one of ‘the big’ companies in town, and when we received our quote from Molitor, we actually had to compare item-for-item, because it was so much lower than ‘the big’!ALL was in order, and we chose Molitor. As with any older home, the job ran into a snag with the City inspection, and we had to go with a more involved remedy to bring the house up to code. At EVERY point along the way: we were kept in the loop daily on the current status, and what was next with the job. Every employee I met or communicated with was responsive, knowledgeable, and kind.Without any doubt, this is THE company you want for your electrical needs.

I would give zero stars if I could. Had appointment set 4 weeks ago. The never showed. Left work early at waiter at my house for 4 hours waiting during their “window of time”. Called them 3x during said window. Said they would be right there “next in line”. Called again, said they needed to reschedule for the next day. Sat at home waiting for 3 hours again the next day (Saturday) never showed again. Told me they needed to reschedule again for today. What do you know. Took off work early to make my 2-4 window appointment. Here I am again sitting at home waiting on them a 3rd time. Called there office 2x today. Even confirmed with them 2x earlier this week. Promised they would be here. Guess what!? Another no call no show. What kind of business expects to gain customer loyalty when you can’t keep your promises nor communicate worth a darn? NEXT. Just called RANGEL electrical services. They are showing up tomorrow. Only took one simple 2 minute phone call. I’m gladly giving them the $3-4k new home build custom wiring job I have to them. I guess you guys don’t like money.

Mister Sparky reached out to me promptly when I requested a quote to fix a smoke detector on a 20 foot high ceiling that was chirping. They scheduled Garrett to come over the next day and he arrived on time. Garrett was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He provided three options for work in the house, and explained each line item in detail. While I called for just 1 smoke detector chirping, I decided to replace all 12 smoke detectors that carry their 10 year warranty. Additionally, we added a whole home surge protector, secondary AC surge protectors, and an extra outlet upstairs. Garrett was careful, clean, and quick with his work. Despite being originally scheduled for just 1 smoke detector, he got all of the extra work done in the same day. Thank you Mister Sparky and thank you Garrett for the awesome service and work. I will definitely use you again.

To put it simply, I wholeheartedly endorse them! They provide a good job in a reasonable length of time for a reasonable price. I have referred all of my friends and family to them, and I continue to use their services myself. The electrician repaired the plug and switch expertly, and he took the time to explain his processes and their relevance. Recommend!

A new ceiling fan was installed by this company in a bedroom that was previously without a ceiling fixture. They arrived on time, were cordial and polite, cleaned up after themselves, and finished quickly.

I never write bad reviews cause I’m a business owner and know that it’s hard to run and operate a business. But I feel like we got taken advantage of, and it was probably my fault but I felt my experience should be presented. The technician was super nice and great, as well as the owner I spoke to after was helpful. I just think they should do a better job about giving prices in detail before presenting. We paid a $95 service fee, technician came, and told me it would be around $1000 to fix all the problems (Total four issues). I thought that was expensive but understand their time and costs. Then I had second thoughts on the importance of 3 out of 4 jobs and said let’s take care of the main one and got a re-estimate of $903. I was surprised to find out that it was only $100 cheaper. So I asked for more details about the costs. Materials were $180 and service fee of $95. That’s when I came to realize that it was $600 in labor for 3 hours. Again, I understand time and their skill should be paid for. But what bothered me was that I was not asked and automatically charged for the technician to go and get the needs materials (which I was paying for already). I assume they had these parts on hand but was wrong. A technician getting paid $200/hr should not be driving around getting parts. Felt like it would have been best to get parts myself and have him back later to install. The technician arrived at 11am and left around 2pm and all we got was one light fixed (ballast and light bulbs) for $900. Seems excessive since I felt like an hour was wasted getting parts. Just my thoughts and it seems to be a common sentiment throughout the reviews. They did great work, no one is questioning that but the rates are just crazy high since other groups charge $75-$120/hour and the process is more bid per project based, Which I think better suits my needs.

Great Company! Very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Very professional! I had a breaker panel replaced and they did an amazing job! They had to cut out sheetrock because the new panel was bigger than the old breaker panel I had. They left no mess and fit the new panel in as if it was the always there! I will definitely use them again!

Gilberto and Mason were great to work with! Very professional and probably saved our house from burning down. They did a simple GFCI installation today, but we're already planning on having them out for our next electrical project so that we can better charge our electric vehicles. Definitely recommend!
