I had Grayzer install a plug in my garage for my Tesla. They worked me into their schedule quickly and they did a great job with the install. If I ever need electrical work done on my home in the future, I won’t hesitate to call on them again.

Darin and his team were amazing!! Top notch service, outstanding quality, and excellent advise on where to place recess lighting. They installed 14 cans and switches in half a day...I won’t hesitate to call him and his team back for additional electric work. Thanks guys!

Good ol' Austin Energy decided my meter was failing, pulled it, then decided my connectors were too old and ran off with the meter and a note on the door. So, no power and 20 degree winter mix on the way. Found out about this at 2pm after finding the note. Called AE and they basically said too bad, you gotta call an electrician. Called Dial One since they were near the top of the search results.Dial One sent Tom out quickly, but took about an hr for him to get down to my house. On the way he had me txt him some pictures of the hole that AE left. Dial One got he permits started and Tom went back out to get the parts. He got it all repaired by 5:30 or so... Then was willing to sit around and wait for an inspector and then again for the actual crew who had the meter to put back on. Didn't leave until about 7:30.Austin Energy gets 0 stars for the initial inspector who clearly wasn't thinking about leaving a family to freeze.The AE crew that came out to inspect the second time and reattach the meter get some stars as well. Not their fault and they did their thing quickly and left.Dial One and Tom get 5 stars easy. Did everything I would hope for and more.

Dunman Electric is a GO TO kind of company. Nothing ever changes and thank goodness. My appointment was set, honored and follow-up on. The guys showed up on time and knocked out a bunch of small projects. It is so hard to find anyone to do the small stuff. Not here. Once on site they worked fast and efficient. Pricing was fair as it always it. Keep these guys in your Rolodex.

Gabriel is awesome.. had a last minute electrical issue. He was responsive and showed up in a timely manner and saved the day. Priced very reasonably especially in Austin. The work was clean and efficient and we have not had a problem since we used them. The icing on the cake is the follow up call the next we received from the company and above all they checked on us daily to ensure the service performed was satisfactory. Great hire.

Rueben seems very experienced and knowledgeable for a young electrician. He installed two new outlets for us in two particular bathroom tight spots. Another time Rueben effectively worked to troubleshoot another systematic electrical problem. We too won’t hesitate to call upon him again for future electrical work!

Despite the late hour, they were on time and took the time to identify a problem that was not immediately apparent. They were professional, courteous and pleasant. We used Total Home Tech. to upgrade our WiFi system and add to our in home system. I was very impressed with their ability to problem solve and the competitive pricing on the products. We had an old landscape lighting system that constantly malfunctioned and they figured out how to add it to Apple Home link so that we could program it's operation. They stay up to date with current technology and are very respectful of interiors.

We have had these guys out twice. Johnathan, Mindy and Austin asked discussed our issues with us and asked questions to make sure we got the work we needed done. They were very courteous and very tidy. I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.
