Awesome company. I called them with an urgent need as I was selling a home that needed to be on the market in less than a week. They got out their within 24 hours and did all I needed and more. They said they would be there between 8:30 and 9. He came at 8:45. Got the problem fixed and cleaned the air conditioner , change the filter and was he was very nice man explaining everything to me. Great service as always.Updated 4-26-23. These guys rock! There is no company out there, in any business, that provides better service. I just had my entire system replaced. Even though it was quite pricey, it HAD to be done. I trusted Donovan to do it and they came through, as they always do.

Preston came to check out a malfunctioning Moen Motionsense Wave Touchless Faucet. Turned out we needed new batteries, even though the six old AA batteries were reading “good” when we tested them.Then we asked Preston about getting hot water to our furthest bathroom from our water heater. He recommended the Grundfos Hot Water Recirculation System with timer. We agreed to buy and have him install. He was great - did it in record time, considering he had to go back to the office/warehouse to pickone up. Way to go Synder!!!! Thank you so much, for sending Preston to us.

Saw one of their drivers blatantly run a red light off the Arlington Expressway. A company that shows disregard for safety is one that shouldn't be recommended.
