Matthew at R&R Electric is a true professional. He came to my house immediately addressed my issues and had everything done in record time. He even informed me why my electrical outlets quit working. He immediately replaced the outlet that was at fault and made sure it was done professionally .

My husband had them come out for an estimate over two weeks ago, which they did. They said they’d follow up and provide the estimate. Nothing. We followed up and no response. We decided to take our business elsewhere.

Matt and his team were great. We were in a HUGE time crunch and he was able to get out to the site, evaluate the job, quote it and have the work completed within 24 hours! Not only was Levi knowledgeable and professional as he tested my electrical system for safety but he took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and going the extra mile to check and replace a switch in my bathroom that he discovered was cracked. It was obvious he really cared. His responses were reassuring. When he left I thought “what a good experience.”
Also I have to add that the dispatcher Ed who called me initially to set up the appointment the day before was well-spoken intelligent and personable.

Frank and Alan came out to install a new 220v outlet for a new free standing oven/range I had recently purchased. They were friendly and efficient in doing the job. They even went above and beyond and took the old oven to the garage helped roll the new oven in the kitchen...even though they didn't have to do any of that. I will certainly call All American Electrical whenever I need any electric services! - Adam

This company does not seem to care if they have your business or not and they do not seem to hire capable and trained employees. I agree with the other reviews I read.

These people are con artists especially as they work with BOLD homes who are the biggest con artists in Jacksonville .
My husband a veteran has ALS
They took advantage of me with a generator that still does not work the VA provided through my husband's grant ... They billed BOLD and I was told my house was never grounded a complete LIE.
The invoice was to Bold..i paid the electrician MIKE
for a shoddy job did not work $1,035
I didn't know any better .
These people are nothing short of EVIL.
