They thought they were coming out to fix a major problem, pull a permit, etc. and they recognized that a simpler solution that met the City's requirements was appropriate. If you want competent and reliable service, call American Electric! I am going to tell all of my friends about them.

Danny, Electrician Sales Extrodenair for NH Electric evaluated my kitchen rewiring job and quoted a fair price for my work. Keith Dixon was my electrician and when he arrived, he was a breath of fresh air!! Keith was professional, respectful, and expeditious with his tasks. He put up with all my questions and was pleasant, kind, and cleaned up after himself. I might be new to the area but now I can say I know a guy who knows a guy; and they do electrical work! Thank you NH! I will be back!!!!!!

I was pleased with prior work and price from Thompson May 2018. They replaced a breaker in the electrical panel for 189. I also received a quote for 356.00 to run wires and hang 2 coach lights outside my garage door. This was a good price, so I had them come back in October 2018 to do the job. This week, I had another breaker trip and called them because of my past good experience and past reasonable pricing. I was told about the 125 fee. So the tech tested the breaker, determined it was in fact bad. Then he had to call the office to get pricing. Then he says they don't carry the breaker I need, so he will have to go get it. The quote was 400.00!!! I was shocked! He told me the breaker was 160 and the rest was for him to go get it and the labor. That's ridiculous. It's your business to carry the things you need. You shouldn't charge the customer for that. I didn't believe this guy. He then called the office again and lowered the quote to 350.00...really? I found it online for less than 50 and I'm gonna do it myself! It's nothing major and not worth 400.00. I will find another company to use in the future. I was not impressed with Tim and his explanation if the price. You've lost my trust and my business.

Called my rental group yesterday who put me in touch with KO who in turn called me right away and made time to come out before the weekend! The guys showed up and were very courteous and professional and I truly appreciate it! Now to get it fixed.

Frank and Alan came out to install a new 220v outlet for a new free standing oven/range I had recently purchased. They were friendly and efficient in doing the job. They even went above and beyond and took the old oven to the garage helped roll the new oven in the kitchen...even though they didn't have to do any of that. I will certainly call All American Electrical whenever I need any electric services! - Adam

Keith at Snyder was awesome! After getting an outrageously overpriced repair estimate from another company he came out on a Sunday and got our AC fixed and at a fair price. I really appreciate good companies like Snyder and people like Keith!

I was extremely impressed with their customer service. Jessica with their office was amazing as was the gentleman who repaired my grandma's electrical issue. They came out and fixed it the same day which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them in the future. Class act.

The Dalie company is by far the best I’ve had to do my electrical work. Over this year they’ve done everything from hanging a fan to creating a 240 outlet for charging my car. They’re always thorough and professional. They’re on my very short list for all my electric related stuff.

If you’re looking for a dishonest, unprofessional company with zero integrity then this is the company for you! The other 5 star review from crystal Blackburn is fake - she is the office manager. This company damaged my car on I- 295, a box fell out of the back of one of their vehicles and whatever was inside bounced off the concrete into the front of my car. Dented and scratched it. I called and spoke with crystal (the office manager) who told me she knew what box I was talking about. They are extremely unprofessional, I didn’t see the damage until very early the next morning because I am very busy as a full time college student with many responsibilities. Crystal then yelled at me because I didn’t call “yesterday”. when I called the police they said I had TEN days to report the damage. Apparently this was inconvenient to crystal even tho my car is the one that got damaged. After speaking with my insurance company they told me to Tell crystal she could write me a check for the amount of damage or my insurance could go after hers. They have since BLOCKED my phone number and my EMAIL. Only a GUILTY party would BLOCK someone after trying to get in contact TWO times. The last time I spoke to crystal she told me I “couldn’t prove it” even tho I was in my car when it happened. I have since collected (from the side of the interstate) the item and the box that damaged my car. I have more than enough proof and evidence.

Crystal and Malcom hart (the owner) will not answer the calls from my insurance and are refusing to give us their insurance information, which I am assuming they do not have.

I also assume the OWNER Malcom Hart was driving the car that damaged mine since the phone number on the car goes to his direct line. I will be reaching out to a commercial vehicle lawyer since that seems to be the only way to get my car fixed.

The reason we have insurance is to fix accidents like this. And the fact they won’t own up to it, how do you expect them to have integrity on any job they do.

TL;DR : they damaged my car, admitted to it. Won’t give me their insurance info.

Haven't used this company. But, I would not. He was speeding his tail off and got caught behind me and my wife doing 10 over already with the flow of traffic.he was probably a foot off my wife's bumper for a mile or so..smh. Dude needs to chill before he causes a wreck.

These people are con artists especially as they work with BOLD homes who are the biggest con artists in Jacksonville .

They took advantage of me with a generator that still does not work the VA provided through my husband's grant ... They billed BOLD and I was told my house was never grounded a complete LIE.
The invoice was to Bold..i paid the electrician MIKE
for a shoddy job did not work $1,035
I didn't know any better .
These people are nothing short of EVIL.
