An estimate was given to me by phone and confirmed by email. The skill and work by Paul and Chris was exceptional. They started on time and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. We’ve used Advanced Electric of North Florida since 2013 and highly recommend them.

From the experience I had with these two gentlemen, I believe Empire Electric is a great company with ethic and integrity. I am an electrical engineer, but I had to hire a license electrician to deal with a ripped off case from my local utility company. Mr. Thompson is definitely a true professional who knows exactly what we were expecting. Instead using scare tactic like some other companies, he gave an accurate and fair quote. Steve got the job done as scheduled. Hire them if you are looking for licensed electricians.

Recently we took over an existing business and employed Munson and Bryan to update electric. Showed up on time from the start and worked efficiently to get the job done. Extremely professional team of electricians. Delivered on every promise.

1st Electric Response is phenomenal. When I called, the owner answered right away and was very professional. I sent the relevant information and pictures via text message. I received an online invoice for the service call and accepted it.

The workers came out the next day and they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. They had to install some new wiring. I received a fair price quote for the work and was extremely satisfied with the result.

I had one of the larger and more established companies come out the day prior and the tech couldn’t even diagnose the problem. They wanted to charge over $1K just to check the wiring. I’m glad I declined. Calling 1st Electric Response saved me time and money.

It a pleasure to write this review for Nick Hatchett of Hatchett Electrical. As an architect I have been around construction for over 35 years. Finding sub-contractors who are skilled in their trade, take pride in their work and dependable is always a delight. Nick recently re-wired our dock and coordinated with our dock builder and boat lift installer for all the electrical and boat lift connections. Nick showed up when he said he would, did quality work at a fair price and followed up to coordinate items needing to be completed. I could not have asked for anything more. I look forward to using Hatchett Electrical on any future electrical work and will certainly recommend him on any future projects we design.

Daniel was great! He fixed the hooded fan over my stove and added an outlet. He also fixed a few other outlets that were not working while he was here. He answered all my questions and was a pleasure to chat with. I will definitely be using him for any and all of my electrical needs.

This company is super unprofessional, terrible customer service. DO NOT USE!!!

I met with Johnny after he gave me a quote to do some much needed work on my new home. I went over a few additional items I wanted done and he took notes, and I asked for an updated quote with the additional work listed as well. One week later, I hadn't heard back from them. I called and he said he had been busy and would get me the quote as soon as he could. Fast forward 2 more weeks, I hadn't heard anything back. I called again and spoke to someone else who told me they'd get in touch with him and give me a call back by that afternoon. That was over a week ago!

Either they can't/don't want to do the work and refuse to just say so, or have absolute terrible scheduling/note taking practices. Either way, we're going with someone else who actually wants to take my money! I consider myself a pretty loyal customer to someone who treats me right, so they definitely lost a lifelong customer with that move.

E3 Electric is the best! Milton and Keith went out of their way to help me with a project today and I can't be more appreciative. They were ahead of schedule, courteous and clean with the project. Highly recommend.

These people are con artists especially as they work with BOLD homes who are the biggest con artists in Jacksonville .
My husband a veteran has ALS
They took advantage of me with a generator that still does not work the VA provided through my husband's grant ... They billed BOLD and I was told my house was never grounded a complete LIE.
The invoice was to Bold..i paid the electrician MIKE
for a shoddy job did not work $1,035
I didn't know any better .
These people are nothing short of EVIL.
