I called to inquire about some minor electrical repairs for my rental property. I provided them with my contact and billing info. We agreed payment could be made by check on the day of service. 2 hours later they called me and said they need the address of my personal residence so that they can come after me if the check bounces. I’m a landlord and use a PO Box for my business. I gave them the PO Box address and contact information. I explained to them that my personal residence is confidential. Then they declined the job. I’ve been a landlord for 12 years and, until now, never had a contractor pre-judge and treat me like a thief. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

I really like the service that I received from Mr. Sparky. I requested a quote on some electrical work that I needed done , and the technician that came out was very friendly and professional. Cole addresses all of my questions and concerns, he also explained to me the process of what needed to be done.I love the fact that he was on time and very thorough with what I needed.

I called American Electric at 8 this morning, and they were able to get to my home by 10. This was just in time to get a few ceiling fans hung before my party this evening . Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I highly recommend this company!!

Look no further, these are the professionals you want and need. I have used GNH twice now and have been thoroughly impressed each time. First time, they literally saved us from a travesty after dealing with a terrible electrical company (B&G) who left us without hot water for 2 weeks while we had a 4 week old child at home. GNH came and installed out new, amazing tankless hot water heater with no issues. Just last week, I hired them again to install driveway and pathway lighting along with some security cameras. Again, outstanding job. We come home daily and admire the work as the sun sets. As an active duty military family, we felt so wronged by B&G but found some angels with GNH. We are very thankful!

Some of the jobs have been smaller than others, but I find that they are always fair in pricing their services, do a great job, and are a personable and very amiable group of technicians!
