Pual with Jax Electrical is by far the greatest electrical contractor in Jacksonville. We've worked with them on multiple jobs and can always trust them to get the job done. They are one of the few companies that will actually come out to fix any warranty work too. Great all around company.

Apple electric wired a whole house generator and transfer switch. Gary and his employees are consummate craftsmen, trained, knowledgeable and experienced. The County inspector had glowing comments on their work. Gary personally came to the house and quoted the job, extremely competitive with other firms. He is honest, fair and extremely easy to work with and will go the extra mile to please his customer. It is quite refreshing to work with a business like this, they are committed to providing comprehensive, top notch work according to code plus extra service not found in many businesses in this day and age. I felt as though I knew Gary all my life, he is that kind of man, character and integrity are his hallmarks in working with his customers. I will most certainly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work, they did an outstanding job and followed through to the final inspection and test.

These guys are great! I recently purchased a business and was in desperate need of new lighting. Fred came and took a look and I explained what I was looking for. Fred proposed an option I wasn't even aware of at the time. His option saved money and turned out fantastic! I'll be using Fred and his guys for all of my electric needs from now on!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Our weatherhead got damaged in the tornado that Elsa spawned. JEA disconnected our power until it was repaired. After a miserable night in a hotel room, we started calling. Everyone was too busy. However, B&C managed to slip us into their scheduled. They found time between jobs to get us fixed! He arrived quickly, got the repair done quickly, and dealt with the permitting and inspection and getting our power back on. The price was also incredibly fair. If you're reading reviews to find an electrician, stop reading. You found a great one!!

Twice in the past, I have experienced a similar problem with a new system or equipment, but each time the serviceman insisted that a house call was necessary. Great Service. On time and very professional. Price quote was very fair. Replaced celling fan and overhead dome lights in kitchen. Brian did an exceptional job on both and went above and beyond in filling in several holes left by the removal of the old fixture. I recommend them highly and They are now first on our call list. Frank and Alan came out to install a new 220v outlet for a new free standing oven/range I had recently purchased. They were friendly and efficient in doing the job. They even went above and beyond and took the old oven to the garage helped roll the new oven in the kitchen...even though they didn't have to do any of that. I just moved to Jax, and I was told by JEA, that the electricity in the house I had purchased, had been w/out electricity for 2 years. They needed an electrician to preform a safety inspection. So I googled electrician in the zip code that the property is at, and B&G showed up, I called and as a new costumer they were helpful to provide an electrician on that same day to come and do inspection as long as I pay in advance over the phone with my credit card + the charges of me using a credit card, instead of having electrician collect their payment when work was completed, that is not the bad part. After they got you in their hands because they pull the permit to work in your property, that is when this company turns into a nightmare to deal with, 3 women in the main office will turn your life upside down with making your next appointment to be virtually impossible to secure, playing hot potato game with your time and patience, an beware of estimated charges, the so call estimate is what you will actually pay whether or not they take less time, but of course if they need to charge you over time they will be happy to add that to your bill, just don't ask the to subtract if they take less time, they will threaten to undo work if you don't pay, what was supposed to be an estimate of charges, so skip them when they come back at top of your search.

Called yesterday to get some wiring done for the next day. Had it scheduled and was told you'll be the first of the day bc we start with the farthest out and go against traffic. Perfect. Day of 11am no one has shown up so my husband calls for an ETA and they tell him oh yeah we'll get to you. Your wife said you were working from home. Still not a big deal. 4:30 husband gets a call they won't make it out today bc they got hung up on another job but they can come tomorrow. No. The whole reason I wanted it today was bc we were home. I'm not taking a day off of work to be stood up. Complete waste of our time. Be up front and just say we can't do it so we can call another company.
