Every place I called was either too busy or did not have the parts on hand. Saw Burbank Electric in my neighborhood working at a neighbors house and they immediately called me back and told me they would come by when they were done. Parts on hand and done in a less than 2 hrs. Priced well and customer friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Called Howard Electric to install a slot aperture artwork recessed light and low voltage dimmer. I had ordered the parts including a recessed can for the trim. Howard showed up on time as scheduled with three workers and inside of an hour had the fixture and wall switch in place. They were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and cleaned up after the installation.

Terrible service. My landlord and I have been trying to schedule an appointment with them for over a week. I stayed home from work today because I was told we had a 8:30 AM appointment and they never showed up. I then called 2 times to follow and 1 of the 2 I spoke with someone at 10:45 AM and was told he would call me back to figure out the miscommunication and it is not 3:30 PM and I have yet to hear back from them. Use with caution or if you have a job that is flexible and allows you to be at A1's beck and call.
