I have used American Electric for years now. They have always gotten to me promptly, and done whatever it takes to get the job done. There fees are fair, and I highly recommend them.

I needed a complete rewire for my 1939 house in St Nicholas. I gathered quotes and the other electricians said I would have extensive wall damage after they did their work. But I hired Burbank Electric and Richard and Mitchell did an amazing job completing the job with very minor wall damage which they repaired!! I am so happy with their excellent service, I will only use them in the future! Thank you Burbank!

Called Howard Electric to install a slot aperture artwork recessed light and low voltage dimmer. I had ordered the parts including a recessed can for the trim. Howard showed up on time as scheduled with three workers and inside of an hour had the fixture and wall switch in place. They were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and cleaned up after the installation.

Paul came out to our house for electrical issues and was great! Very professional and friendly! We will definitely be using them in the future as well as recommending to our friends! Thank you, Paul!

Mr. Thayer was the first & only electrician to respond to my Angis List request. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone & when he came to look at the job it was less work than expected. He could have easily charged me full price but told me of the situation & didn’t charge for coming out to see the project. On the day of, the work was finished efficiently & Quickly. Would recommend any time.

We had the city come to our business and ask to perform a very large rewiring, change the electrical panel, and lights. Kwick Lights came to the office within a few hours and submitted the permits needed. They gave us a reasonable price and got the job done. They also had great text communication that let me know when they were coming. I would really recommend this company for your electrical needs.

Not only was Levi knowledgeable and professional as he tested my electrical system for safety but he took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and going the extra mile to check and replace a switch in my bathroom that he discovered was cracked. It was obvious he really cared. His responses were reassuring. When he left I thought “what a good experience.”
Also I have to add that the dispatcher Ed who called me initially to set up the appointment the day before was well-spoken intelligent and personable.

If you’re looking for a dishonest, unprofessional company with zero integrity then this is the company for you! The other 5 star review from crystal Blackburn is fake - she is the office manager. This company damaged my car on I- 295, a box fell out of the back of one of their vehicles and whatever was inside bounced off the concrete into the front of my car. Dented and scratched it. I called and spoke with crystal (the office manager) who told me she knew what box I was talking about. They are extremely unprofessional, I didn’t see the damage until very early the next morning because I am very busy as a full time college student with many responsibilities. Crystal then yelled at me because I didn’t call “yesterday”. when I called the police they said I had TEN days to report the damage. Apparently this was inconvenient to crystal even tho my car is the one that got damaged. After speaking with my insurance company they told me to Tell crystal she could write me a check for the amount of damage or my insurance could go after hers. They have since BLOCKED my phone number and my EMAIL. Only a GUILTY party would BLOCK someone after trying to get in contact TWO times. The last time I spoke to crystal she told me I “couldn’t prove it” even tho I was in my car when it happened. I have since collected (from the side of the interstate) the item and the box that damaged my car. I have more than enough proof and evidence.

Crystal and Malcom hart (the owner) will not answer the calls from my insurance and are refusing to give us their insurance information, which I am assuming they do not have.

I also assume the OWNER Malcom Hart was driving the car that damaged mine since the phone number on the car goes to his direct line. I will be reaching out to a commercial vehicle lawyer since that seems to be the only way to get my car fixed.

The reason we have insurance is to fix accidents like this. And the fact they won’t own up to it, how do you expect them to have integrity on any job they do.

TL;DR : they damaged my car, admitted to it. Won’t give me their insurance info.

Terrible service. My landlord and I have been trying to schedule an appointment with them for over a week. I stayed home from work today because I was told we had a 8:30 AM appointment and they never showed up. I then called 2 times to follow and 1 of the 2 I spoke with someone at 10:45 AM and was told he would call me back to figure out the miscommunication and it is not 3:30 PM and I have yet to hear back from them. Use with caution or if you have a job that is flexible and allows you to be at A1's beck and call.
