Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly workers. It was more like a group of friends fixing my home than a group of strangers. The workers were very polite and easy to talk to. The work was done well and they brought in an extra crew to accommodate my limited amount of time available. I would hire them again with no hesitation.

I was referred to American Electric by my neighbor. The electricians came out to install some lights on the outside of my house. They were fast and the price was great. I will continue to use them in the future, and I will now refer anyone I know with electrical needs to American Electric.

We needed a home safety inspection on an investment property we bought from afar. We were not familiar with the process and were happy with Bolt Electric's explanation via e-mail regarding, not only their price, but the entire process, start to finish. The level of communication is fantastic! E-mails, texts and phone calls to ensure the best service! The technician was knowledgeable and offered advice concerning the passing of the home safety inspection as well as other electric needs in the home. Thank you Bolt Electric! It would have been better to have for the electrician to come to the house and give the estimate than to have me send pictures to the wrong phone number and get an estimate and then resend the pictures to another phone and then get another estimate for almost a $1000 more. Then have two apprentices do the job. They did a good job but it's not what I was expecting. I asked that the power cable be routed under the hot tub motor, it was put in beside the motor. When I mentioned this the conduit was pushed up over the top of the motor. I will reroute the cable under the motor. The breaker box by the pool had the cover plate unsecured because the screw couldn't be driven in. I used a sheet metal screw to secure the plate. So far the installation is working. The other issues are the emails. Got a number of quotes that were for $0. Then got text that said the people would be arriving at a certain time but the guys were already working. Just seemed like the office was disconnected from the field workers. Did get a prompt email invoice with zero balance due, showing paid in full.

Excellent service call. James took time to answer questions on other possible work in the future. Educated us about circuit capacity including where to move a problem appliance that kept tripping a breaker.
Replaced a faulty wired smoke alarm. Had a spare alarm on the truck so had him replace another alarm. Well prepared. Knows how to use the IPAD with cell service, take photos of work done, etc. Can't get any better than this.

John Keaton from Elite Electrical came to work at our house this morning. He arrived a little bit early, so we didn’t have to wait. He reviewed all the tasks with us and we showed him where things were. He was respectful and courteous, and he clearly knew what he was doing. He worked quickly and took care of everything we needed, including replacing outlets, repairing junction box wiring, and bringing our electrical panel to code. I highly recommend Elite, and especially John Keaton!

Mr. Thayer was the first & only electrician to respond to my Angis List request. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone & when he came to look at the job it was less work than expected. He could have easily charged me full price but told me of the situation & didn’t charge for coming out to see the project. On the day of, the work was finished efficiently & Quickly. Would recommend any time.

Very professional, nice guys came to wire my 2 1/2 garage, 2005, they did a great job, then hurricane Irma 2017 came took out that garage, then Pilot elec. came and wired another garage.
We’re very happy with this company. Pilot Electric also changed out our door bell and I use them for some small jobs as well. They always save me money, and that’s a win for us.

We can't say enough good things about this company. They had to trench electrical out to a pool pump and several other outside and inside outlets. The crew was most importantly knowledgable, and professional, friendly, respectful, communicative, and on time. We will definitely be using them again.

Excellent company! We were without water since Saturday morning and when pump repair company came out Monday and said line to pump needed replaced and we would need an electrician. Called several companies and T & M was the only electrical company that actually answered the phone. Told them we have been without water for several days and they told me they were about 2 weeks out, but would fit me in on Wednesday and would call if they had an opening sooner. I understood everyone is busy right now and was ok with that, then to my surprise Tina called me back a couple of hours later and said someone would be at my house by 6pm! Excellent customer service! Electrician was on time as promised and quickly got our pump running again. Super friendly people and excellent customer service! We will definitely use again!

The electricians are amazing , pay is horrible, no benefits, no vacation pay refuses to pay for overtime., office is toxic so much drama. Inappropriate language. I would give the guys out in the field 10 stars but office -0.

Was in traffic off of Peacan Park Rd for about 30 min. The line was very long. Here comes one of your drivers cutting everyone off. He pulled through , drove on the grass, almost hitting another vehicle. The driver of the vehicle honked at him and your employee shot him a bird. Very unprofessional!!!
