Randy Miller arrived when he was expected, diagnosed the problem with my generator and repaired it. He also cleaned up after himself. I am extremely pleased with American Electrical and their employees

I was referred by a relative and the service from Appointment to Install was prompt and professional. Everyone from dispatch to electrician was friendly and the results of the installation of lighting fixtures looks amazing. The chandelier was a difficult install but it was handled with no problem whatsoever. The kitchen is a great improvement from the previous 4' basic ballast that originally came with the home. Thanks to all at American Electric. I will be calling again for any electrical needs for my home.

Called Howard Electric to install a slot aperture artwork recessed light and low voltage dimmer. I had ordered the parts including a recessed can for the trim. Howard showed up on time as scheduled with three workers and inside of an hour had the fixture and wall switch in place. They were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and cleaned up after the installation.

Great experience with the install and after. Had a slight problem after the install and Paul came back out and resolved it in a timely manner.

We can't say enough good things about this company. They had to trench electrical out to a pool pump and several other outside and inside outlets. The crew was most importantly knowledgable, and professional, friendly, respectful, communicative, and on time. We will definitely be using them again.

Frank and Alan came out to install a new 220v outlet for a new free standing oven/range I had recently purchased. They were friendly and efficient in doing the job. They even went above and beyond and took the old oven to the garage helped roll the new oven in the kitchen...even though they didn't have to do any of that. Ramtech electrical installed a fan and 2 light fixtures in my house. They not only did it at an affordable cost but they were fast at replying to my request, did everything in a timely manner, and are professional. Would use them again!

Although all contractors are very busy, when I spoke with Phil by phone, I explained what we needed. Another electrician had been here a few days earlier to explore why a GFI circuit was not working. He said that we would have to pull a new line from the main circuit box to the GFI outlet in the upper master bath. That would cost thousands of dollars. In addition, the drywall repair and painting would be hundreds of dollars more.
Phil had an electrician here the next day to investigate. He found that we could tap into a nearby outlet. The following day, he returned with another electrician to do only minimal demolition, and fix the problem. The cost? Less than $400!!!
Our drywall/painter will be here this week, to make it as good as new.
Phil and the electricians were timely, courteous, professional, helpful and tidy in their work.
They are now our go-to electricians.

I will give no rating to this company they are so disorganize and their is this women that works their Misty very rude and not helpful at all.
I had a situation not to long ago with this lady and she is tremendously rude to people.
How can a company hire people like that.
