Zac/zach and his assistant did an excellent job fixing the issue on our air handler. Checked it and figured out immediately the issue and have it fixed. He check the entire connections to ensure he didnt missed anything. He is very much knowledgeable with what he is doing. John Keaton from Elite Electrical came to work at our house this morning. He arrived a little bit early, so we didn’t have to wait. He reviewed all the tasks with us and we showed him where things were. He was respectful and courteous, and he clearly knew what he was doing. He worked quickly and took care of everything we needed, including replacing outlets, repairing junction box wiring, and bringing our electrical panel to code. I highly recommend Elite, and especially John Keaton!

I called to have someone come out and look at an outlet and the woman who answered the phone told me they do not work on residential properties (she cut me off a I was speaking to ask if it was residential). She gave me a phone number of someone else who does, I said thank you and started to apologize (to tell her that I was referred to them by someone else) and she literally hung the phone up on me without a word. EXTREMELY unprofessional and uncalled for.

Daniel promptly answered my online request and scheduled a visit to look into my irrigation electrical problem. He listened to what I thought was the problem and he took it from there. He was able to isolate a wiring issue which he repaired. Sprinklers are fully functional and automated! You could tell that he enjoyed what he was doing and is a true professional. I will definitely contact Volt Edge Electric for any future electrical needs.
