Their technician, Brett, and his helper showed up to fix an issue with the 220v outlet for our dryer. Made quick work of the shoddy wiring that was present and did it all for a much lower price than I was expecting, all in a half hour. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE!!!! Avoid at all co$t!

We had an urgent matter and used them as no other electrician company could come to our home that afternoon. The technician worked on the three items we asked and was gone within 30-45 minutes. Somehow the $95 quote jumped to over $200 but we needed it done immediately and bought the bullet. Within 30 minutes one of the reapaired items was no longer working. I called them back, less than 1 hour of the technician leaving and the receptionist apologized and said they could send someone out the next day. After getting gouged for over $200, I confirmed with her that there would be no further charge as I was calling within the hour of his leaving and she said, no, of course not. The next day she left a voicemail and mentioned the $95 plus fee. I called her back to remind her of our conversation 16 hours ago and then it got ridiculous when the owner got on the phone. I've never been spoken to by anyone so rudely in all my life. He called me a liar and said we broke the item, while screaming at me. At no point did I get rude or raise my voice. Nor did I scream like him, just tried to explain the story and what their receptionist had promised us the day before. When I read other reviews of this horrible company, they all have a common theme. He accuses any negative review as liars and asks, why didn't you give us a chance to come back and make the necessary repairs? We called within an hour and were called liars and screamed at. We now have to call another electrician to make the repairs and pay a second time. I recently had sprinklers repaired and called the company one week later as one they fixed wasn't working. They came out, fixed it and didn't charge. Same story with some exterior pairing that didn't dry properly after a heavy rain. It comes with the territory. What separates good companies from bad is how they handle a problem. The problem with Thompson is the owner. AVOID like the plague, there are many electrical companies in Jacksonville, do not use Thompson.

I have used HWV on several occasions for both my home and my rental property and have never been disappointed. the techs were always competent and professional and I never felt like I was being gouged. I will continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family.

I am extremely impressed by Donovan's Heat, A/C and Electric. Brandon was our initial contact with their team. He worked to assure that our a/c replacement met our needs and was helpful by explaining all our alternatives. Brian and John led our install team. They arrived on schedule and worked diligently to stay on schedule to minimize our homes down time. Something that was impressive is that they recognized a need for additional support in the install and more team members were called in to insure the job was completed on schedule. The entire experience was excellent and I would highly recommend using Donovan's for you heating, A/C and electrical needs.

I used this company to install ceiling fans and was so impressed with their professionalism. They showed up, did an amazing job and were so pleasant. I will be recommending them to everyone who needs electrical work completed.

Austin and Caleb did a great job they were very polite and informative they tell u what they are going to do before doing it and showed the end result of their work.

I was extremely impressed with their customer service. Jessica with their office was amazing as was the gentleman who repaired my grandma's electrical issue. They came out and fixed it the same day which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them in the future. Class act.

Saw one of their drivers blatantly run a red light off the Arlington Expressway. A company that shows disregard for safety is one that shouldn't be recommended.
