The Tech came out within 30 minutes from the time I called them. All other companies said there was a 2 to 4 week delay even when I told them that my fridge wasn't working. I told the other companies that my food is spoiling. The American Electric Company put our mind at ease and had the fridge to working order within 30 minutes. All of my future business with electrical work, I will always contact this company. I will tell all my friends how good their service is.

never hire jl electric. I found them on craiglist. I hired them to repair 15 items in my house, he said everything is ok,I paid him, and when we moved in 3 outlets, plug for the dryer and one ligthfixture never worked, i called him several times but they never answered the phone again.

There we several challenges upgrading/replacing the 14 year old AC in my condo. It was an old system and poorly designed. Snyder had Carlos come for a plumbing issue. Then Dean came out to solve a problem installing a much larger air handler in the space provided. When all was done, I went from having the worst unit to the best unit in the community. Very happy with Snyder.

I was extremely impressed with their customer service. Jessica with their office was amazing as was the gentleman who repaired my grandma's electrical issue. They came out and fixed it the same day which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them in the future. Class act.

They replaced two old light fixtures high on the back of the house. They came prepared with a ladder that easily reached the height of the fixtures. They began working immediately and quickly removed the old fixtures and installed the new ones without a problem. They aligned the lights to ensure maximum coverage. They were very professional.
