I had a small project that needed to be done in the house. Once I made the call to NH Electric, it was assessed and completed in just three days. The electrician was very professional and courteous. He did not track up the house and cleaned up after the work was completed. I was highly satisfied. I have stored their number in my phone.

The electrician was every helpful. He took his time to make sure his work was completed correctly. He was able to solve our electrical problems. He went beyond the required work assigned to him and fixed problems another electrician created at the house. He made it pleasant experience by his politeness and courteous attitude when he spoke to me or my father. I will recommend Thompson electric and Jerry the electrician to anyone that needs electrical work

Damon and Jeff transformed our dark, semi-dungeon great room and kitchen into lights you would see in an operating room. All I can say is WOW... We have an older home that we have relied on lamps and a ceiling fan light for lighting. No more squinting and using flashlights (kidding) to walk through these rooms. They installed 29 can lights between both of these rooms, and we can actually see our kitchen counter tops !!! All I can say is best money we have ever spent... We are now planning on having them come back and install some can lights in our bedrooms as well.... Very professional, and super nice guys ! Thank you, thank you, thank you.... I highly recommend this company for anyone needing any electrical work done...

We had Dependent Electric do an Electrical install on a Mobile Home.I told Bryan,the owner that the zoning wanted it to be a specfic way which meant relocating the wire FROM ABOVE GROUND to UNDERGROUND,Bryan said that the way zoning wanted it was not to code,and he would check on it.He came out the next day and installed the power under the old guidelines.I paid him in full the same day.Zoning showed up the next day for inspection AND IT FAILED because Bryan didn't do it to code.Dependent Electric said they would file for a variance,after 5 months of calls to Dependent Electric and no results Dependent Electric being told they had'nt heard anything, we find out Dependent Electric NEVER FILED FOR THE VARIANCE ,so 2 more months of going back and forth 7 months total the zoning FINALLY compromise simply because they had been to my home 5 times in that 7 months.Lesson learned,don't pay for service until it passes the inspection and then Dependent Electric will get it right to get paid.The quality of work Dependent Electric does is excellent,it was just done incorrectly and Dependent Electric didn't want to fix their mistake as it was already paid.I won't use them again

We are new to Jacksonville and so blessed to find this place. Ken helps us out as quickly as he can. His company is super efficient. I think it is Zac and James who came to the house. They were super helpful and professional. They went the extra mile and checked out my whole AC unit, even though what I was having done with a motor on the outside unit. They even went as far as calling the manufacturer and trying to get it covered under warranty.

We've had our AC worked on now and electrical work done when we first moved in . What I appreciate most about this company is that they're willing to go the extra mile. It's like a rare company that still cares about customers.

Very professional, nice guys came to wire my 2 1/2 garage, 2005, they did a great job, then hurricane Irma 2017 came took out that garage, then Pilot elec. came and wired another garage.
We’re very happy with this company. Pilot Electric also changed out our door bell and I use them for some small jobs as well. They always save me money, and that’s a win for us.

We have used Donovan Heat & Air for over 5 years. Our technician, Ryan Bonigut is a Donovan Certified Associate and always works on our HVAC system ( we specifically request him as he is that good) He has performed all of the above services at one time or another on our Lenox heat pump and Airconditioning unit and has kept it running just like new ( the original HVAC system in our 6 yr old home) We couldn’t recommend Ryan and Donovan Heat & Air more highly. Truly a professional, honest, reliable establishment who does quality work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for someone to install or service your HVAC system and they do electrical work as well.

These people are con artists especially as they work with BOLD homes who are the biggest con artists in Jacksonville .

They took advantage of me with a generator that still does not work the VA provided through my husband's grant ... They billed BOLD and I was told my house was never grounded a complete LIE.
The invoice was to Bold..i paid the electrician MIKE
for a shoddy job did not work $1,035
I didn't know any better .
These people are nothing short of EVIL.
