Highly recommend. The other company with the same name wanted to charge me for a estimate but American ElectricAL CONTRACTING INC came right out and completed the work in a timely manner and did a great job. Ask for Chris and Noah, they are the best!

Father and son team, both named Steve, arrived on time to relocate several circuits in our breaker box in order for them to install a new circuit for our pools heat pump. They were both very courteous and explained what they needed to do in order to complete the job. When the job was finished they walked us through the work explaining what they did and why. I would highly recommend contacting Empire Electric for your electrical needs. They are a little bit higher in price than others but it was money well spent. Can’t wait to use my pool this winter. Arrived on time and very professional. I got 3 quotes and they weren’t the cheapest however they had the higher quality products and took the time to explain my project in detail. After adding 4 lights to my ceiling the teck did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

Great job by Dependent Electric on both the LED lighting project on my office building, as well as outlet and switch installation/relocations at my new house. Got outlets into areas another electrician said couldn't be done without cutting drywall. They cleaned up after the job and left it like it was always there. Bryan and his team are great.

My power was shut off by JEA after Matthew with no notice. So I needed a electrician to reconnect. So these guysShowed up to my house did absolutely zero work were there maybe 10 min and said they would have write me a estimate this was a sat. So Sunday no power and then Monday I call back for estimate.... Nada.... Will get back to you, so no power for 2 days still waiting, I call another electrician to come out 2 hrs later my power is on back in service. So did B&G ever call me back? Yea 4 days later with estimate 5 times what the other guy charged. Oh and to top they want to charge 300$ for shinning a flash light the night they showed up.

This company is super unprofessional, terrible customer service. DO NOT USE!!!

I met with Johnny after he gave me a quote to do some much needed work on my new home. I went over a few additional items I wanted done and he took notes, and I asked for an updated quote with the additional work listed as well. One week later, I hadn't heard back from them. I called and he said he had been busy and would get me the quote as soon as he could. Fast forward 2 more weeks, I hadn't heard anything back. I called again and spoke to someone else who told me they'd get in touch with him and give me a call back by that afternoon. That was over a week ago!

Either they can't/don't want to do the work and refuse to just say so, or have absolute terrible scheduling/note taking practices. Either way, we're going with someone else who actually wants to take my money! I consider myself a pretty loyal customer to someone who treats me right, so they definitely lost a lifelong customer with that move.
