Best Commercial Installations in Jacksonville FL

Advanced installed two exterior floodlights, 3 light fixtures on a metal pergola, and 3 exterior outlets; and did the electrical hook up for our new hot tub. It required one day of underground wiring and main panel prep, and a return visit two weeks later to complete install. The job was challenging, and a couple things had to be reworked to accommodate the back plates of the fixtures we had chosen, but the Advanced techs stuck with it until we got just what we wanted. The company representatives were impressive, from our estimator, Brice, who was very responsive re our many questions and budgetary concerns, to the friendly, helpful and hard working techs who did the work so well, and completely cleaned up before they left. We highly recommend this company.

Super responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable!! They thought they were coming out to fix a major problem, pull a permit, etc. and they recognized that a simpler solution that met the City's requirements was appropriate. If you want competent and reliable service, call American Electric! I am going to tell all of my friends about them.

On 04/16/19 I had my A/C replaced and the company used two guys from GNH electric to put in the new thermostat. The main guy (I talked so much didn't ask his name, sorry) was so professional and very educated not only with electrical issues but degrees and life situations that I was amazed! I always ask questions which he answered with such knowledge we actually got into personal issues. He was around 38 single dad and if I was anyone in his family I told him I was proud of him as a person and in dealing with servicing people. He went beyond what he was there for, helped & explained a couple of little things I needed done. He deserves to have his own business because of the person he is. I am sorry I didn't get his name but rarely do I have such a professional person come in to fix something. Thank you for taking the time to explain like you did. If I ever need anything electrical done in the area I will call and ask for him...if he hasn't moved on to something he'll be happy doing in his life.

NH Electric exceeded my expectations. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He worked efficiently and took away the empty ceiling fan box and other debris. The estimate was reasonable and well worth the cost of a professional electrician. I am quite satisfied and will definitely call on NH Electric for any future electrical needs for myself and refer them to family and friends.

They lack qualified technicians.

I had requested their service to install a 12V Pool light. The owner came over, and provided a quote. He seemed to know what he was talking about.

When the day came for them to do the installation, they did send 2 unqualified technicians. They had never done this type of installation before, and had no idea how to do it. They were totally unprepared.

I would be totally ok to provide the rest of the material, if requested. I even asked them through multiple emails what was required, and specifications.

The technicians had no idea how to do this installation, and even mentioned that the owner couldn't come because he was not available today(at a funeral).

Now besides improper employee training, they show lack of integrity by making excuses. Beware of doing business with them!

This is the second time All Service has done work in my home and again I was very pleased. The team was professional, on time (and they called in advance) and cleaned up the work area. I was very pleased with the extra attention to detail they put into the job.

They did an awesome job with a light fixture that fell out of the ceiling. Very well priced and the technician notified me hours ahead of time when he’d be out here. I will definitely continue to us these guys!

I’ve used a hand full of electricians in Jacksonville through my business (Battalion Airsoft) over the eight years in an old building that needs expertise and I’ve not received the kind of expertise and responsiveness and professionalism that I have through Fred and his team at Spectrum WireWorks. Cost is always a huge factor in dealing with any contractor in a small business and Spectrum is a non union shop but moreover they are quick and accurate in their diagnosis and work. Time on the job isn’t drawn out. They are trustworthy. The owner is a Master electrician so I have confidence in his ability to handle anything and I’ve thrown them some real “anything’s” and it’s like butter to them. I’ve referred them to friends for small jobs at home as well. They loved their service and price. These guys are really good.

They came a day earlier than expected to fix our problem. A faulty wire in an outlet had caused power to be out for a certain section in our house which included our refrigerator. Ray was very efficient in quickly diagnosing our problem and fixing it to our satisfaction.
This is the second time Choice Home Warranty has assigned Thayer Electrical Services to our problems. So thankful!

As a whole, this has to be the most lackluster group of individuals. I honestly wouldn't trust them to do any work in my house ever again. They had the garbage disposal switch (under the sink mind you) controlling the lights in the bathroom. This is jusy one example. There are too many to list. Shortcuts on wiring... circuit overloads... panel mislabeled. I had to go through and test each switch and outlet to find out what the correct panel association was.

Please do yourself a favor and head my warning. Stay far away from Allstate Electrical Contractors... just like they should stay far away from anyone's home or business.
