Caleb did a great job servicing our generator. He's an excellent technician and mechanic, plus very personable and made sure we knew exactly what work was performed. These guys are a great company all the way around.

I contacted American Electric of Jacksonville to hang crystal chandeliers in 2-Story areas of our new home. Not only did they get it done with amazing quality, there was a considerable amount of troubleshooting which they took in stride. They spent the time to get everything perfect which required hanging these heavy, massive chandeliers, and then placing hundreds of individual crystals. They treated the installation as if they were doing it in their house.

They were also incredibly easy to work with and really well priced. I can't recommend them enough. This company will be my go to for years to come.

It is common knowledge that building and remodeling professionals are experiencing a labor shortage. Frank and Alan came out to install a new 220v outlet for a new free standing oven/range I had recently purchased. They were friendly and efficient in doing the job. They even went above and beyond and took the old oven to the garage helped roll the new oven in the kitchen...even though they didn't have to do any of that. Applied for a position with this fraudulent co. and from the onset the VP of Operations Matt L.) was condescending and offensive, yet contacted me and continued to contact me to interview. When I arrived the receptionist was even more rude and offensive unnecessarily, immediately upon simply introducing myself. This company only have 5 reviews with a rating of 2.6 with NO DESCRIPTION OF WHAT WORK OR SERVICES THEY PERFORMED ( for the past 3 years). Yet they 'appear' to be a large company when they may be just a recruiting firm presenting themselves as an electrically co.. This company is a fraud and operates discriminately. Do not interview with this company it is NOT a real company.
