Best Any Electrical Service in Jacksonville FL

I have used American Electrical for several years. They have placed new outlets, security lights and cameras. They installed the recording device for the cameras and explained how they work. All of the employees from the office staff to the employees that come to our home are first rate. Polite, knowledgeable and efficient . Highly recommend . Josh Petrie was here today and was a great example of GREAT employees. Also Kevin and his helper were knowledgeable and efficient .Shout out to Anna in the office, great at coordinating everything. Thank you all.

Updating my review from 1 star to give 4 stars. I had to call again but Danny finally came out and looked at what needed to be fixed from the project. Unlike the response from the owner below, Danny acknowledged that the box was placed where it could get wet and trip the breaker. After this, NH electric technicians came out quickly and moved the outdoor electrical box that was originally placed below grade by their technician and moved it to above grade to prevent it from getting wet and tripping the breaker. I am pleased with the final result but this was only after speaking with Danny that it was corrected. The customer service person Cindy likely will cause NH electric to lose a lot of business as she continued to be rude and dismissive of my concerns throughout this whole experience. I was not refunded my additional $125 service fee.

Joshua was very professional, timely and did a wonderful job installing a wall mounted tv and under cabinet lighting. He took great care in my home and cleaned up after himself very thoroughly. I highly recommend him!

Not only was Levi knowledgeable and professional as he tested my electrical system for safety but he took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and going the extra mile to check and replace a switch in my bathroom that he discovered was cracked. It was obvious he really cared. His responses were reassuring. When he left I thought “what a good experience.”
Also I have to add that the dispatcher Ed who called me initially to set up the appointment the day before was well-spoken intelligent and personable.
An overall good experience I appreciated. Would highly recommend this this company.

Our neighbor recommended All American Electrical to us since we were wanting to have pendant lights put in our kitchen. I called and got right through and they were able to set an appointment up for us the following week. The electricians were on time. These gentlemen were clean and professional. The Dalie company is by far the best I’ve had to do my electrical work. Over this year they’ve done everything from hanging a fan to creating a 240 outlet for charging my car. They’re always thorough and professional. They’re on my very short list for all my electric related stuff.

Outstanding service and a fair price. Larry and David installed an instant on hot water heater and connected electricity to a green house. Both required panel work. Everything was done professionally according to the estimate given up front. Very satisfied.
