Best Switch And Outlet Installation in Indianapolis IN

Called this company to have them come diagnose and FIX an electrical issue with my automatic pool cover. I opted to pay $99 to have the technician come urgently as I was paying a lot of money to keep the chemicals in balance. The technician came out and tested a few things only to tell us that there is a short somewhere and left.
When I hire a professional to come to my house, I expect the professional to fix what I called them for. I have a call in and am waiting to hear back from the manager. This may change my rating but currently unhappy with Joe Schmo Electrical.

They showed up when they said they would. Jose was extremely professional and diligent. The job was completed sooner than expected. Great price and service. I highly recommend.

I would NOT recommend. I was charged a large fee for diagnostics but worker only checked area that my husband pointed out. I feel robbed and am waiting for a call back from company as problem is NOT resolved. If I could give no stars I would but unable to post without star.

Our experience started with a recommendation from our realtor. He asked me to call Stephanie at Godby. Stephanie was so pleasant. She listened and after some questions and consideration referred me to speak to Duwayne.

She sent me to him bc we were unsure whether we should repair or replace. He has the expertise to know which to recommend. The blower motor in our 21 year old unit had seized. We've repairs a variety of issues over the past few years. After some discussion we decided it was time to replace our furnace and AC. Godby has the right person answering the phone. We had been without heat for over a day in subzero weather and she made me feel heard and that I was in the right place.

Duwayne sent over 4 options based on the criteria we discussed. The next morning he arrived to take some measurements and go over the details. I made a deposit and he said a team would be there the following morning to install. Duwayne was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable.

Joe, Austin, and David arrived that next morning on time. We have over a foot of snow and it was snowing. Joe gave me the rundown of what to expect throughout the day. They got to work immediately. Joe updated me on their progress several times throughout the day. There was a small plumbing issue that brought out a supervisor. He brought some supplies and within a half hour it was solved and the install was back on track. There was no additional charge - it was something that needed to be done to properly install the equipment.

By mid-afternoon we had heat. I was given a tour of the new equipment and they made sure it was running properly. By the time they cleaned up and double and triple checked everything our house had already warmed up.

The entire experience was positive from beginning to end. I did comparisons between Godby and 5 others. Not only did they provide superior equipment, the price was extremely competitive. I was hoping to get a few more years out of my previous equipment, but I feel confident that the team at Godby did their absolute best. The service and experience was above my expectations. The price was competitive, and I would highly recommend you consider Godby if you have any HVAC issues. They've earned my future business!

I needed a hot tub wired to my house and Bret Walker came to our house the next day he explained to my husband and I what needed to be done and what the cost would be.The cost was very reasonable a we were very pleased with the work.

I spoke to Sam who was very professional and getting me scheduled in a very timely manner. I also can't say enough about Patrick. Patrick was incredibly kind and humble, and did an absolute AWESOME job installing my ceiling fans. He came up with a work around in order to install my ceiling fan in the kitchen. He was professional and left the work area nice and clean. I highly recommend SDF Electric. They are now my go to for any electrical work! Thank you Sam and Patrick!!

Very professional and friendly. Will use these guys again. Very honest and handled everything so well from beginning to end. Cleaned up after he was done and did not leave my house a mess like many other guys would do.
