I had Zimmerman install a ceiling fan and do all of the electrical work for my Mr. Cool Mini-Split HVAC. This saved thousands of dollars from having an HVAC company in Indianapolis do the work. Zimmerman showed up on time, was able to do all that was requested and the system and the ceiling fan work and look great. I will definitely use them again.

My home generator wasn't working correctly. They some troubleshooting and their opinion is my carburetor needed replacement and put new gas in the unit. I agree with the assessment and look forward to them returning and getting me back to a reliable unit.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9am this morning. It’s now 10am and they’re still not here. I adjusted my schedule for the entire day to fit this appointment in. Don’t post appointment time slots for 9am if you’re not going to show up at 9am. It’s as simple as that. Also, I tried calling the number they left with me and it goes straight to voicemail. Also tried emailing and nothing. Ugh.

We have now hired Advance Electric on two separate occasions. They are extremely timely in their scheduling, reasonable on pricing, and very professional and friendly to work with. I accidentally messed my electric up big time, and got the run around from a few other companies. RC Electric was very responsive and came out same day to look at the problem. They took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. They were able to fix the problem for about 10% of what another company had quoted me within 24 hours, and they were able to come up with a really solid cosmetic fix in addition to fixing the electric issue. They cleaned everything up when they were done. I'll definitely be using them for some major projects coming up over the next few years.

Indianapolis has a great open shop option for your industrial electrical needs. Do you want what the industry is trying to sell you as an industrial electrical contractor or do you want the real thing? If you want the real thing, then you should call.

Here's a thought, hire drivers that don't blatantly cut people off in parking lots.
