We called Austin because we had lost power to the power outlets in all three of our bathrooms. Austin got us scheduled in for a last minute appointment which we really appreciated! He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and replaced the faulty GFCI outlet for us. He also replaced one of our outdoor GFCI outlets that hadn’t been working for a while. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He worked quickly and picked up after he was finished. We highly recommend Austin based on our experience!

Highly recommend this company!! We had 3 chandeliers installed, an outlet moved, and an outlet installed outside. This company was even willing to hang a tv mount outside after they added the outlet since they already had the tools to drill through brick. They offer wonderful service for a wonderful price. Will use this company for future electrical work!!

I contacted Alphonzo Inc for professional electric advise and he exceeded my expectations! He was very professional, on time, & courteous. The entire project took only a few hours; which included all upgrades to meet current codes, a new kitchen hood, 6 light installation and a new ceiling fan. The guys showed up on time this morning. They changed out our meter base to a 320 amp and installed an additional disconnect for a future project. They were professional and did an outstanding job. County inspector approved and said it looks great. Will recommend Advance to my friends!

Couldn't get follow-up. It started out well, seemed eager for work but as we moved through trying to refine and finish the quote, communication started to drop. I'd have to call and email multiple times a week to try to get any response, which was usually came late. After several weeks I suggested I'd go somewhere else due to poor responsiveness..... no response to that either. Too bad, seems like it would be a good small business if they could actually get work done.

My neighbor recommended Noah Worley and I am forever grateful he answered my call. He is
obviously extremely experienced with all things electrical and he seems to enjoy his work.
My problem was the outlet on a lamp pole near my dock. He not only fixed that but purchased and
attached a much needed lamp on the pole. He was able to restart the motor in the hood over my stove. He is professional and personable; always explaining what he is going to do. I found the pricing more than fair. I highly recommend Branch Electric for any electrical problem, and will definitely call him
when my next problem occurs.
