The technician was very helpful and didn't laugh or roll his eyes when we told him he needed to fix our home improvement efforts! The price is what what quoted and he was very helpful when explaining to us what we needed to do. No time was wasted. Very glad we took a chance on this company and we will call again should the need arise!

I had a light switch that didn't go to anything investigated and replaced with an electrical outlet.

Austin answered the call immediately to resolve an electrical issue that would impact a carpentry install, and was able to make the changes the same afternoon.

He was knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to explain the issue. His prices were fair and he did good quality work. He even helped answer some unrelated electrical questions at the end of his visit.

I will be definitely using this service again.

Called Rinder on a Sunday morning, assuming I was not going to get service until Monday. He called an hour later and said she’d be there by 2:00 in the afternoon. He came out, diagnosed the issue, provided a safe and temporary solution, and schedule time the following week to finish it up. Came out, finished the work, left things clean. Rinder is too on my list of contractors and has always done excellent electrical work.

I scheduled a 9 a.m. apt via their online booking service, 2 days in advance, as the Owner advised me to do. I rearranged my entire morning for them to do repair. The young men arrived over 90 mins late. I turned them away. I will not book with Alphonzo Inc again.

Outstanding service and professionalism. Had an “open neutral” issue with numerous outlets not working. Was told by a different electrician i needed to tear out drywall. Called 21electric. Paul called prior to arrival and went right to work. Within an hour he had the issue resolved, it was an old wire nut had come loose in the closet fixture. Price of repair was more than fair. Will definitely use them again

We use Godby a lot — mostly for heating/air maintenance , and periodically for plumbing when needed. Their service, friendliness, attention to detail, and skills are outstanding.

Requested an estimate May 4, 2018. Met with Brett May 11, 2018 to review the work needed & was told it would be mid-June. I called back June 13th & was told to call back June 20th to schedule work. I called June 21st & was told his company was too busy to handle the project. I have lost a whole month on this project. A true professional would have admitted to being too small to handle a job when he saw what the job was on May 11.

Great place to work a lot a great electricians there that do a lot of great work on these new homes . I am glad that I went to work there i have learned a lot about electric since I went to work there . I really do appreciate them taking the time to teach me and the opportunity . 2022 Update: Branch Electric comes through AGAIN and installed a 50-amp RV shore power outlet for me in under 3 hours of arriving. STILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

Previous review: Branch Electric relocated my existing overhead power lines to underground in conduit. Coordinated with IPL engineering and did the whole job end-to-end.
