Joe Schmo has helped in multiple homes of mine. By installing fans, outlets, switches, and light fixtures. They’ve educated and informed me when I was wanting a nice clean look.

I had an appointment scheduled with them for a Monday. They called me the Thursday before saying they booked me Thursday and not Monday and told me I was incorrect and I wrote it down wrong. He said on the phone “uhhhh pretty sure you are wrong and I am right”. Very petty and would not re-schedule me for the correct date of Monday which was the date the entire time on calendar. Very unprofessional and not easy to work with. Would not reccomend.

Mr. BRETT was very knowledgeable about the task at hand and very detail about some other concerns I had about my electric problem. Mr. Brett was very observing he gave me a suggestion about 10yr battery back up smoke detector . I really enjoy the crash course on breaker and the boxes. First time using Austin Smith Electric and he will always be my first call for electrical work. Showed up on time, fixed the issue promptly and his final price was below two other quotes I received. Highly recommend.

I called at 10am with an issue where select lights/outlets in the house stopped working. They had someone at my house by 1pm and fixed by 2pm. They guys that came by could not have been nicer or more professional. They cleaned up after themselves and helped me put stuff back before they left. The price was very reasonable, especially considering how quickly they came to help. I'm getting an estimate from them for more work now too!

We had our electric upgraded from 100 amp fuse type service to a 200 amp breaker service and power ran out to the barn. And it was done very very fast and very very efficient! We will be having lots more work Done by electrifying services in the near future you couldn't ask for a better crew of people to do your work thanks to Ken and everything he does!

2022 Update: Branch Electric comes through AGAIN and installed a 50-amp RV shore power outlet for me in under 3 hours of arriving. STILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

Previous review: Branch Electric relocated my existing overhead power lines to underground in conduit. Coordinated with IPL engineering and did the whole job end-to-end. I had an issue with my house and the company never got back to me. They also did the electrical for my new construction. Our inspectors told us the electrical work was questionable to wrong and was the only concern they had. They also left forgot outlets that were on the design document which our builder had them correct. I would not recommend not use.

Was trying to get an estimate to install a Tesla wall charger. They would not come out without payment up front over the phone. I said I would pay their $50 trip charge when someone actually shows up at my house, but I'm not going to prepay it when they may not even come. They refused to come without payment. This was just to get a quote, so I passed and will call another company.

This man came on a dime I appreciate his honesty and work ethic he saved the day
