We hired them over the summer to fix an issue with the electrical panel at our old house so we could sell it and hired them again recently when dealing with an issue at our new house. Called Rinder on a Sunday morning, assuming I was not going to get service until Monday. He called an hour later and said she’d be there by 2:00 in the afternoon. He came out, diagnosed the issue, provided a safe and temporary solution, and schedule time the following week to finish it up. Came out, finished the work, left things clean. Rinder is too on my list of contractors and has always done excellent electrical work.

They were all booked up for days, but they reached out to their technicians to see if anyone would be able to fit us in last minute and DJ was available. We really appreciate the company and DJ going above and beyond to fit us in last minute during a time that all service companies are backed up for weeks with work orders. We had some issues which caused us to lose power completely in one room and partially lose power in another room and a bathroom. Scheduling was easy over the phone. Paul called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival and he arrived on time. He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He went through each of the three rooms to diagnose the issue, found it, and fixed it. I would recommend using 21 Electric.

Requested an estimate for electrical work. Greg came and gave me a hand written estimate and a printed one [ which I could read ] was mailed a couple of days later. I had questions about the estimate that I wanted clarified so I called and left a voice call requesting a call back. Nothing.
Called back again and contacted him while Greg was out of the office and he informed me you would call me when he got back to the office. Nothing. Today I call and reached Greg when he was in the warehouse and he said he would call me back. Nothing. OBVIOUSLY they don't want my business. They could have said so in the beginning. WiIl look elsewhere now.
