I had the pleasure of working for this company for a full year and I can say that they are some of the most amazing people I’ve ever met. Having an inside look as to how the company operates I can assure you that this company puts their customers first and will find the best way to get the job done. There are so many companies out there looking to make a quick buck off of people but this is not one of them. I highly recommend that if you need an electrician that you choose them over one of the other companies in the area.

I had an outage in my hall and guest bathroom. I thought it was the circuit but it was actually a faulty outlet that shut off that section of power. Jose came and found the issue almost immediately. He was very nice and explained the issue in great detail. We hadn't owned our home for long and we are new home owners. He answered all our questions and looked to see if there were any other issues. I was grateful he took the time to look around my home. I will definitely be calling them back for future upgrades or if we run into any other issues. I will highly recommend them for any electrical issues or if anyone needs work done. They are very affordable as well. Five stars all the way!!

I was in need of an electrician to install my Ring Pro doorbell. After a few calls, Dowdy was able to do the install the next day.
I was very impressed with Dowdy. They were able to meet my needs, and I was very happy with the entire process. The electrician came out, and the install was completed in less than 45mins. He was also very professional and a pleasure to deal with!

The Fire Department came to my elderly parents' house because her oxygen went off and wouldn't come back on. My dad was in the basement working and when IFD went down to check things out, they told them to call an electrician as soon as possible as they had some real electrical issues that needed to be fixed ASAP. I found Austin Smith online and called and within 2 hours, he went to their home and fixed their problems, which could've easily killed them and blown their house up. This man is my hero and theirs as well. He was there for us in a very serious situation and he will forever be our only electrician for any needs we may have going forward. The guys showed up on time this morning. They changed out our meter base to a 320 amp and installed an additional disconnect for a future project. They were professional and did an outstanding job. County inspector approved and said it looks great. Will recommend Advance to my friends!

My furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days we've had yet this winter, and Dan Adams came to my rescue! :-) He called me ~30 min. prior to his arrival which I greatly appreciated. Dan turned out to be one of the most courteous, knowledgeable, and honest technicians that I've ever had the pleasure of working with! He replaced the igniter promptly after checking over the entire furnace, and my house is no longer an icebox. Would definitely recommend Godby. Office staff was also very professional and courteous.

We ran a space heater in our living room, and it burnt the receptacle and fried the wiring inside the wall (if you use a space heater, then beware!). KJ Electric had to replace the wiring and receptacle to remove the hazard, and then suggested we run a dedicated circuit for only the space heater. Great idea! They gave us the quote while onsite, and we had them go ahead to run a dedicated circuit for our space heater. Everything is just fine now. Thanks KJ Electric!!!
