This company did work on a home we bought. We received the invoice for the work done during the closing process. After closing, a family member who is a master electrician came by to check the work when a lot of lights were malfunctioning. They did shabby work that we have now had to re-do. Luckily our family member could do it for us, but as new home owners it was a frustrating experience and one more thing to add to our long to-do list. This company will overcharge you for bad work.

Have used Alternate Current Solutions for several electrical projects around the building and have been incredibly happy each time. Not only are they professional, courteous, and do a fantastic job, but they are also fairly priced and genuinely seem to care about their customers. We ran a space heater in our living room, and it burnt the receptacle and fried the wiring inside the wall (if you use a space heater, then beware!). KJ Electric had to replace the wiring and receptacle to remove the hazard, and then suggested we run a dedicated circuit for only the space heater. Great idea! They gave us the quote while onsite, and we had them go ahead to run a dedicated circuit for our space heater. Everything is just fine now. Thanks KJ Electric!!!

Efficient, professional, and they found and fixed a safety hazard I hadn't noticed while they were doing the work I called them for. On top of that the final cost was cheaper than the estimate (which was already reasonable) despite the extra work they had to do. Can't recommend them enough!

Great service and sticks to pricing estimates. Hired them to install a GFI for a hot tub. Arrived on time courteous and so easy to do business with. unfortunately there was a problem with my panel. The previous owner double tapped three breakers and they could not hook it in. Curt explained, sent pictures and gave me a surprising low quote to change the whole panel in order to give me some extra breakers. Second time out. Arrived on time courteous and finished the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend Ratliff for all things electrical.
