Great service, fair pricing. I appreciate that they didn't try upsell me, and told me about only the things that needed to be fixed. All other companies tried the hard sell to get me to spend unnecessary money. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again.

Short Answer: Worth the money, good value
Long Answer: First, Billy was in and out in 1 hour. He accomplished exactly what I asked. He was able to get out to my house within 2 days of calling David Electric. Billy was professional, kind and friendly. He answered all of my dumb and specific questions. He walked me through what he was doing and why he was doing it that way. I will try and use David Electric in the future if the need arises.

I had Zimmerman install a ceiling fan and do all of the electrical work for my Mr. Cool Mini-Split HVAC. This saved thousands of dollars from having an HVAC company in Indianapolis do the work. Zimmerman showed up on time, was able to do all that was requested and the system and the ceiling fan work and look great. I will definitely use them again.

Allen A arrived early to replace an overhead light in my kitchen. I also asked him for an estimate to install a whole house surge suppressor. He was friendly and efficient. It took him 15 minutes to do what it would have taken me an hour to do. I hope to have him back for the surge suppressor soon.

Matt came out today and installed a whole house surge suppressor. He arrived first thing. He needed to get a part. I wasn't charged for the extra time. He really seemed to know what he was doing.
I will use Dowdy Electric if I ever need electrical work done again.

Austin gave me an estimate for a quick repair within an hour of my phone call. He came out within 48 hours and was finished in 20 minutes. He is very polite, professional, and affordable. I highly recommend Austin based on my experience.

Wow!!! This company really made a difference in our home. We had them out to replace 12 pocket lights that were installed 30+yrs ago. In addition to the 12, we added 6 to the living space. Ryan was a consummate professional as were his crew. They cleaned and asked me what was wanted every step of the way! It’s been a few months now and the lights have made a drastic difference in how we live in the home. The price was more than fair, and the work was exceptional. I would use them again and highly recommend them to neighbors and friends!

Great service overall from the start of working with them. Easy to schedule an appointment, reminder notices of the appointment. Arrived on time and was able to determine what the issue was with our doorbell not working. Fixed the issue for us. Came back a few days later to tweak another issue quickly. Definitely will use them again.

This company did work on a home we bought. We received the invoice for the work done during the closing process. After closing, a family member who is a master electrician came by to check the work when a lot of lights were malfunctioning. They did shabby work that we have now had to re-do. Luckily our family member could do it for us, but as new home owners it was a frustrating experience and one more thing to add to our long to-do list. This company will overcharge you for bad work.

I recently used the services of 21 Electric - the repair man was punctual and was a good listener. He replaced 3 smoke detectors with no difficulty and changed out a burned outlet. He was expedient and easily answered any questions I had. I would not hesitate to use 21 Electric in the future.

Quite the racket!

This company does not offer estimates or quotes over the phone, and require a technician to come out to provide an estimate. In order to come out, they charge you a $100 service fee, unless you sign up for their “club” at $35 a month.
I found their prices extremely high! $300 to install a ceiling fan that I already had, in a fixture already wired for a fan.
The technician was at my home for less than 5 minutes. He read the “estimate” off a sheet of paper, charged me, and left.
A scheduled appointment, lost time, and $100 to be told what someone could have read me over the phone or on a website.

The guys who came were awesome and fast. They did in 30 min what another guy couldn't do in 2 days. High recommend.

Getting my issue fixed was a breeze. It was easy to schedule, he arrived on time, was respectful and professional, and resolved my problem in the same visit. I'm so happy my lights work again!

Highly recommend RC Electric. Called and spoke to Melissa in the office about adding lighting to our home. Brett Walker called to confirm the needed repairs and scheduled the service his guys showed up on time and finished the job on time.

Since that time we had them come and add outside wiring for a pool heater. Great Job

Good work at a far price

Building a house in Fox Hollow, I would have to say Cross Electric was definitely the bright point of our building process ,their guys were very knowledgeable and courteous, answered every question we had, well over and beyond our expectations, I would strongly recommend Cross Electric for any job.
