This is a fantastic small business that does even better work. They are honest and friendly and quite frankly I am honored they were able to come out and replace our old breaker panel.

I highly suggest this company to anyone looking for fair prices and good work.

This was our second time using this company and it won't be our last. Roseann and I are very happy with their professionalism, courtesy, and expertise. Show up on time and done right. The tech Isaiah was awesome. Not sure how their prices compare to others, but frankly I don't care. They are worth every penny.

I didn't use Mr. Sparky for my needs so my review is limited. They showed up on time, very professional, great communication during the request for quote process... but, spent 50 dollars (service fee) to learn they are very expensive. They were 50% more than my lowest quote from 3 other service providers. The 3 other service providers ranged from small to medium businesses, where the lowest quote was not from some person that knows some stuff. I understand electrical components have increased recently in the market but the quote was very salty.

They were very professional and got the job done! Our outlets are looking great and we got exactly what we were looking for. They even swept and vacuumed up most of the mess for us.

Nine-days later and still waiting ...

We had Austin install fans with lights throughout our home. We were really happy with his work. He was really professional and cleaned up all the dust and trash. My husband and I agreed that he will be our go to anytime we have an electrical need!

Replaced old oak kitchen lights with LEDs. Looks very modern. Will definitely use again.

I had noticed my mast was damaged. I wanted someone to come out before the problem grew. Jimmy was here next day (on Saturday) and fixed us right up. I personally messed up the payment and they were more than understanding with my confusion. Great value. Highly recommend!!

Shame on this business. Levi and Sons Electricians hires very poorly skilled customer service agents. Here’s exactly what just happened to me. To the tee.
Called the number from Google.
“Brenda” answered.
She sent me to a hold line. No problem.
The automated system couldn’t recognize a zip code less than 5 minutes away from their office. Fine. Had to call back.
*2nd call* I advised Brenda the automated system wasn’t working properly, she immediately threw me back in it. Same scenario.
*3rd call* I politely asked to not send me to the automated system. She did anyways without a word.
*4th call* the number was disconnected Seriously? And I was being polite the entire time. Unbelievable

Check my history for reviews. Rarely do I spend time leaving comments for businesses. The outlet for my dishwasher went out. Need an electrician. Don’t call these people. Also, if you get the exact same experience, please leave a review as well and let Google know. Thank you

I had a brand new heating and air system installed by Godby in October of this year. My old a/c unit finally quit (from 1983) and my furnace was dated from 1993 and I didn't think it was worth salvaging. I took bids from 3 local companies and chose Godby for pricing and the quality Trane system (nothing stops a Trane). The experience was good all around from my sales professional (Duwayne), to office staff and installation technicians. My a/c unit is situated on the flat roof of my home and they had to use a crane to remove the old unit and install the new one. Everything went well and I'm sleeping well knowing that I have a new, reliable system keeping my home at the proper temperature. I am happy to recommend the professionals at Godby for HVAC service and installation.

KJ Electric did a great job running circuit for our dryer. The previous owner had gas, so we needed a new electrical circuit ran from the panel to the laundry room. KJ Electric got it done and did a quality job. The Electrician was professional, and clean up after himself. If you want a good Electrician that is both good and professional, then call KJ Electric.

Xavier was efficient and reassuring in my Mom's repair. Always on time and never left mess. He and his helper were fast and efficient figuring out the trouble and repairing it all. Thank you so much!

I would recommend not using this company. Their employees have serious anger issues and if they interact with customers and treat them the way they treat fellow drivers on the road, then there are serious anger issues. Today, one of their drivers recklessly endangered himself, me and others on Michigan Rd., with his road rage, tailgating, illegal lane changes and outright attempts to cause irreparable harm . I have video of this driver. Indiana license plate # IN TK710L0C. I highly recommend using another company who cares about the wellbeing of others and aren't intent on causing harm to others.

Efficient, professional, and they found and fixed a safety hazard I hadn't noticed while they were doing the work I called them for. On top of that the final cost was cheaper than the estimate (which was already reasonable) despite the extra work they had to do. Can't recommend them enough!

Great service and sticks to pricing estimates. Hired them to install a GFI for a hot tub. Arrived on time courteous and so easy to do business with. unfortunately there was a problem with my panel. The previous owner double tapped three breakers and they could not hook it in. Curt explained, sent pictures and gave me a surprising low quote to change the whole panel in order to give me some extra breakers. Second time out. Arrived on time courteous and finished the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend Ratliff for all things electrical.
