The electrician Robert was very friendly, respectful , punctual, and honest and recommended Ben Franklin to fix the other issues . He even took the time to check my water heater and furnace and shut the gas Valve off for me so I don’t have to worry about any gas leaks from the broken furnace. I’m very pleased with his service and would definitely recommend him and mr .sparky for all your electric projects . Thanks again 🤗 also the service fee was very affordable .

Our Furnace was not coming on so our house was very cold. We called Dowdy Electric and they sent a technician that very day. He diagnosed the problem . Unfortunately it was too late in the day to get the needed part but he came back the next day and made the repairs and the furnace was up and running. The technician was knowledgable and very courteous. It has been several days and the furnace is performing as it should. Extremely satisfied with this company.

Wow! Fast meter tagging services! We called several electrical contractors to get our meterbox inspected and tagged because the power company said we needed to get a Licensed Electrician to do the work. All of the other electrical contractors said they were booked out over a WEEK and couldn’t get to us till then. But we needed a meter tag the sameday when we were calling around and we couldn’t wait a long time. We got fortunate and found KJ Electric and saw that they do meter tagging in Indianapolis. KJ Electric was able to inspect and meter tag the sameday. We highly recommend KJ Electric for any who needs their meterbox tagged. Right on.

I've used King Electric both at home and at work! John upgraded my home service and ran wiring out to my hot tub. At work, he made a repair when I was expecting to replace. Saved me some money! I refer him all the time now.

First, I had to call this company multiple time before I could get someone to come to the house. I specifically explained to the lady on the phone that my dishwasher had a burning smell and that I had some circuit breaker issues. We the guy named Josh came this morning, I explained the same thing. He never said anything about not being able to look into what was wrong with the dishwasher, this was the main reason I called their company, He checked the circuit breaker for the dishwasher and saw it didnt trip off. At about 15mins , he came up and told me my bill was $155 and I asked if all was well. He said he couldn't do anything for me and I had to call Samsung to fix the Dishwasher. He immediately became aggressive as it was all about the money. I couldn't wait for him to leave. I wrote the check and that was it. Horrible experience. I am going to pretend I lost the $150 which can happen ones in a while.

Update on this case at at 06232022, I got a call from the owner Mr. Rocky, he explained that they don't handle non electrical issues and that there was a miscommunication between me and the tech. He has been magnanimous and waved the initial fee and i will only be paying $30 for the circuit breaker repair. For this reason I thank him for his professionalism and kindness. My review has been changed to a 5 because that is all what customer service is about.

Aaron's Electric did a great job for us and I would highly recommend them! I called and left a message after hours about losing power and Jim soon called me back and they came out early the next day. Our repair was fixed within a few hours and they were 100% professional and just as important, I trusted their work. Jim took time to explain everything both on the phone and in person. I would highly recommend their work and if I have any other electric needs I'll definitely be calling them again.

Personally I've never had work done but the company I work for has. Based soley on the phone call with the owner that I just overheard, I will never encourage anyone to use Frye Electric. I won't go into details but how a company has made it this far with that type of leadership is beyond me. Certainly no way to run a business in my opinion. If you choose to use them, I hope your experience is more pleasant than ours.

Called for an estimate, scheduled an appointment and NO ONE SHOWED UP at the scheduled time. I called to ask if there was a problem and could we reschedule since no one showed up and NO ONE called me back!!!
