Eric from Joe Schmo has now done two jobs for me. Both times he went out of his way to get to me as quickly as possible, and explained all of my options clearly and succinctly. I've found his prices to be more than fair and the work top-notch. I won't use anyone else.

Matt did an excellent excellent job. Very friendly and professional. Prompt. Was here on time and explained everything to me that I needed to know.

Called yesterday to get an estimate. They came today and called ahead to see if it was alright to show up early. Estimate was lower than the others I have received and because it is an easy job they are doing the work tomorrow. I couldn't be happier with the fair price, fast response, and friendly professional manner of everyone that I have dealt with.

Technicians were out this morning to do the work. They were on time and did a great job. I couldn't be happier.

Really excellent service from the time I made the initial call for help through the service inspection. Erin arranged an appointment for the time that fit into my schedule. The service men carefully explained what they found, showed me the problem and assured me it can be repaired quickly. I am waiting for the estimate but, if they continue the way they have started then, it's Gotta Be Godby going forward.

Great service, fair price

John King came out Friday to look an estimate a job for me. It was a very simple job dealing with putting electric up for a small camper. He was supposed to get me the estimate by the end of Friday evening. I explained to him that I needed the job done immediately and he said the earliest he could be was Tuesday. Tuesday came and I have not heard anything from him so I called. The receptionist acted like she had no idea what was going on but she must have spoke with him because Wednesday morning finally I received an estimate from John King. Tuesday I had another electrician cite the job and give me an on the site estimate. After time and material I was looking at about just under $500. John King quote was for $1,100! Thank you John King for being very late and having me wait patiently for absolutely no reason!

We needed to have two outside disconnect boxes removed that were no longer used and someone to trouble shoot our GFI outlet that keeps tripping when an outlet is used. Jim was quick to respond and addressed both of our concerns. It appears the previous owner did some of their own electrical work, which is why I wanted a professional to come and do it right. Jim and his colleague were successful and resolving both issues at a reasonable price. They will be our go to electricians if we ever need similar service!

Eric F. did fantastic work - very personable, intelligent, and explained everything he was doing. . Had 5 lights that wouldn't work. Had two single switches, a three-way, and a four-way. Told Eric the situation and he immediately began troubleshooting and had it figured out within 15 minutes. He replaced the bad switches and tested everything to make sure everything worked. Very reasonable price, excellent work, and definitely recommend.

Our experience with Armstead Electric was super great! We needed our breakers updated and new wires and outlets put in for our future garbage disposal. Antwon came out immediately for a free estimate and listened to all my electrical concerns with our new house ! He had to pull our dishwasher out and even fixed the wire on it for no extra charge. He was very helpful and even educated my husband on how to do things for our outlets instead of trying to upsell me for more work! We appriciated that. He worked around our schedule and was super fast, efficient, and friendly! I will definitely use this company for all of my future electrical needs and recommend to others.
