We came home from a weekend getaway to find the due to a fire/electrical situation across the street we had no power. AES told us to call an electrician because they thought it was an inside problem. The technician came in a good time frame and found that the problem was on the power company side. Then the power company said we needed a tag indicating everything was good to go. I called and spoke with Hilary in the office again. She said that we shouldn't need one and would call AES and get any information she could. She promptly called back and said we didn't need a tag and the power company guys were dispatched to our house and should arrive soon. Thanks for going the extra mile.

We used 21 Electric to have 3 ceiling fans wired and installed in our house. We submitted a request online and they got back to use right away. We also had some questions about the process and Kennedy responded quickly each time. The installation process was quick and efficient. Our fans look great and we have no complaints. Our experience with Armstead Electric was super great! We needed our breakers updated and new wires and outlets put in for our future garbage disposal. Antwon came out immediately for a free estimate and listened to all my electrical concerns with our new house ! He had to pull our dishwasher out and even fixed the wire on it for no extra charge. He was very helpful and even educated my husband on how to do things for our outlets instead of trying to upsell me for more work! We appriciated that.
