rinder came out and installed a ring light and a flood light on my garage, and an extra outlet in my home. They were also able to remove my garage from switch power (why there was a switch in the first place who knows but-the house is old). When I realized a light was constantly on in the garage I went to turn it off and it turned off the Ring light. I called them when I noticed this and they got right back out to fix it. Great quality-super responsive-will absolutely use again in the future for any electrical needs!

Reasonably priced excellent service

We called RC Electric and had Ryan come out to give us a quote on running a sub-panel and the electrical rough-in for our basement renovation. He showed up on time, answered all my questions, and was knowledgeable. It wasn't until we got the itemized quote that we were upset. Out of 7 different electricians we received quotes from, RC Electric was by far the highest. They wanted to charge us $10,150 for the same job that I just paid $5,500 for. Even the second highest estimate was only $7,500. So why was I being charged so much more you ask? Answer: Marked up parts and almost double labor costs. A simple example was the cost of the 100-Amp sub-panel. RC Electric wanted to charge me $879 just for the sub-panel and that doesn't include the breakers or the cost of running the wire from the main panel to the new sub-panel. The electrician I used only charged $350 for a 100-Amp sub-panel parts and that included the cost of the breakers. As I read further through the rest of the quote, it was the same thing repeated. Price increases on everything. I will never use RC Electric even if they did amazing work. Take some advice from me and always get 5-7 quotes for the same job so you don't get screwed out of your hard earned money.

Great place to work a lot a great electricians there that do a lot of great work on these new homes . I am glad that I went to work there i have learned a lot about electric since I went to work there . I really do appreciate them taking the time to teach me and the opportunity . Building a house in Fox Hollow, I would have to say Cross Electric was definitely the bright point of our building process ,their guys were very knowledgeable and courteous, answered every question we had, well over and beyond our expectations, I would strongly recommend Cross Electric for any job.

John repaired the outside meter box that had pulled away from the wall due to cable settling for me. John was knowledgeable, responsive, and handled all the AES/IPL interaction to assess the issue, determine a satisfactory solution, and day-of-repair disconnect/reconnect. I would use John again for any Electrician related need.

Great people and place

Everyday during the week I drive on 465 and so does van #1. Everyday that van drives very fast, it’s not just 1 day or once in a while they blow past most people on the highway.
Today was over the top, in the fast lane there was a truck and the van was so impatient that he chose to cut me off running me into the other lane which caused that lane to slam on the brakes. Your horrible driving almost caused an accident this morning.
One thing I promise is if you cause me to get into an accident I will be suing your company.
Ermco, you need to hold your people accountable. You after all are liable for their actions.

First, I had to call this company multiple time before I could get someone to come to the house. I specifically explained to the lady on the phone that my dishwasher had a burning smell and that I had some circuit breaker issues. We the guy named Josh came this morning, I explained the same thing. He never said anything about not being able to look into what was wrong with the dishwasher, this was the main reason I called their company, He checked the circuit breaker for the dishwasher and saw it didnt trip off. At about 15mins , he came up and told me my bill was $155 and I asked if all was well. He said he couldn't do anything for me and I had to call Samsung to fix the Dishwasher. He immediately became aggressive as it was all about the money. I couldn't wait for him to leave. I wrote the check and that was it. Horrible experience. I am going to pretend I lost the $150 which can happen ones in a while.

Update on this case at at 06232022, I got a call from the owner Mr. Rocky, he explained that they don't handle non electrical issues and that there was a miscommunication between me and the tech. He has been magnanimous and waved the initial fee and i will only be paying $30 for the circuit breaker repair. For this reason I thank him for his professionalism and kindness. My review has been changed to a 5 because that is all what customer service is about.

I needed a small job done quickly for a closing. He came out accessed the situation and was finished in less than an hour. He was also clean and professional. I will keep his name and number for future jobs.

Felt overcharged and had to listen to the electrician complain the whole time.

They are the best...They show up on time and work efficiently. They have done several major projects here at my old 1910 house. They replaced the main power line coming into the house to the box and have added several new circuits. And the same guys came back after 2 years so that's always a bonus when the guy has been here and familiar with the work! Highly recommend!

Its OKAY

I am extremely disgusted and angered by the lack of professionalism and lack of response from this company. Your company did the wiring for homes on the southside of Indianapolis. My sunroom has been completely without power for a little over 1 week. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, February 21st, a day I had off from work. The receptionist/office manager scheduled me for the time period of 1 to 4. I waited and called at 3pm to verify that someone was still coming out. I was told that some would be here within the hour. Well, as I write this, it is 6:24pm and no one has called or shown up. I've wasted 1/2 a day waiting and missed several opportunities to do things as well as have another company come out to assist. No one, NO ONE, had the descent courtesy to even call to notify me of any changes, etc... I will be sure to not recommend this company to anyone and will report this incident to the BBB.

I can't express enough how angry and disappointed I am that no one even bothered to call or notify me of any changes. I understand that things happen, but to just be brushed off completely? Not acceptable! This was 100% unprofessional and flat out rude!
