I made an appointment with Mr Sparky to 1.) install a bathroom ceiling fan and 2.) replace a second fan. I was very clear up front and with both confirmation calls on what i was needing done. After being late, the technician said they don’t do installs. After calling the same scheduling lady back to ask what gives she basically said “yeah sounds right blah blah something code” so i asked him to leave. Company is clearly about valuing your time. Would not recommend.

Needed an upgraded outlet for commercial equipment. Answered call on first attempt and came out same day to give quote. They completed the work around our business hours without any disruption in business. Professional and great communication. Will definitely use again for future projects!

Six years ago, I had Dowdy electric install a Kohler standby generator. Rob, their technician instantly came to the house when I needed emergency service work on the generator. Rob has always explained the hows and whys of the work that needed to be done. One hot July day Rob came to the house sweated for 6 hours to detect a bug in the Kohler software that monitors the generator. This guy is a rare gem! Today, March 20th, 2023, Rob Smith came to do a routine maintenance on my Kohler standby generator. He came on time and was very pleasant. He took his time to explain everything he did. I love Dowdy Electric. Rob Smith is my favorite technician. Thank you for assigning him to do my routine work on my Kohler generator.

After finding a big issue with our electrical work in our house, Barb and the team we able to provide insight as to what would need to be done, while helping us move forward on the other aspects of the project.

They came out to hook up a desiccant needed to dry out our crawl space. When they connected the desiccant, they disconnected our central air without our permission or knowledge. And did not re-connect our central air until the following day. The unit has not worked since they disconnected it.

I've had three major installations done with by Branch:
* Installed my 220v hot tub electrical outlet and ensured everything was installed to building codes.
* We had our whole basement wired, branch found it would be best to install an auxilary panel, so that the install was perfectly professional. It consisted of an entire Inlaw's quarters (kitchen, bath, laundry room, living room, and bedroom). We even had another hot tub outlet put in!
* I also had our 220v electrical car charging station installed by Branch. It works perfectly, and I use it daily.

Th installs were fast and there was no mess left. I also found Noah, our installer, to be knowledgeable and a real people person. Looking for solutions, and not just to make money.
